With two swimming pools, tennis courts, a saltwater tidal snorkeling lagoon and direct water frontage on the Atlantic Ocean, this newly remodeled townhome is in the ideal location for a Florida Keys getaway.

Completely new kitchen and brand new appliances throughout. Situated on the widest part of the filtered saltwater tidal lagoon where you can snorkel in safety - no sharks, jellyfish, stingrays, alligators or crocodiles to worry about, or just relax on the private beach by the fire pit.

There is a balcony overlooking the lagoon, a screened lanai, front porch with new Weber grill, 2 bicycles included, three new flat screen TVs in bedrooms and LR along with two work stations for remote workers - one in each bedroom. Highest speed WiFi available.

Great for working remotely with two desks with USB, WiFi, etc!

Loved all this property had to offer. We almost didnt need to leave the property. The kids and adults loved the lagoon with the tropical fish! We went fishing, swimming and had smores by a firepit. We were so happy to have found this for our stay. And the host was super quick to respond to any questions. Property was exactly as it looked in the pictures.

Beautiful place

My husband and my father came down for Father’s Day weekend. We had a fabulous time from the Lagoon, 2 pools, bike rides and awesome location! Great beachy home with 2 comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms! We absolutely loved our stay!! 10/10!!!

Cozy and Functional!

The images that are presented on the rental site aree acurate and all appliances and amenities were working as per listed. The grill was fully opperational when we got there, & all the linen and bedding was soft, comfortable, and clean.Hot water was abundant, and showers were spotless. Washer and dryer worked perfectly, and the 2 outdoor seating areas were relaxing, and properly netted in.Bring some mosquito repellant for the entire Key Largo area, as dawn and dusk are notorious for them, however that has nothing to do.with the Vrbo or the wonderful owner who hosted is.10/10 would recommend and stay again in the future.

Great house!

We loved this house. The location was great. Having the lagoon right out the front door was really cool. Loved the screened in areas, proximity to the ocean, and all of the great neighborhood amenities. We made a fire at the beach using the fire pits and that was really fun. Highly recommend this house!

Resort Vibes

Great unit. Had everything we needed. Looked out onto a lagoon with a walking track around it. Also a jetty at the end of the property that provided beautiful sunsets. Directions for using appliances, etc were clear and helpful. Location was close to restaurants, groceries and drugstores. Would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

We got in and out without a hitch. The place was clean and in good repair. The lagoon was a very interesting place for us. We don’t see fish like that in our home state. The heated pool was also a great hit.

Amazing Property!

We had so much fun staying here. The lagoon is stocked with fish and great for swimming and snorkeling. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be seen from the private resort jetty. The property is centrally located for day trips to Everglades NP, Biscayne NP and Key West, all of which we did. Great and friendly communication with the property manager. The townhouse is fully stocked with amenities and walking/short driving distance to several restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking. Highly recommend!

Great Complex and Unit

The condo was clean, well-maintained and fully stocked. Newer appliances, confortable beds. The grounds were beautiful with plenty of opportunities to walk, swim or just sit in a chair. Loved the lagoon, the beach and the point where sunset was lovely. Close to great restaurants, grocery store, etc. Daniel was easy to work with a quick to answer me when I had a question. Will definitely be back.

Almost Perfect - just not that comfortable

Everything was fantastic, but like an earlier guest's review we just found the beds and living area (couch) to be very uncomfortable. The townhome and complex were perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the porch, sitting by the lagoon, riding bikes around, and kayaking. I appreciate all the extras Daniel provides - especially when the weather didn't cooperate for diving. Very clean rental.

Fantastic

Wonderfull house at a terrific spot. Well maintained, fully equipped, nice atmosphere and overall clean. We enjoyed sitting outside, at the backyard and cooking in the cosy kitchen. Only suggestion: put curtains in the master bedroom. The fins cause noise through the fan. Turning it up slightly fixes this, but keep it too bright in the room.

Sunrise and Sunset in the Keys

The property is compact for four of us but saying that it was beautifully laid out. I like to cook with friends and for the first time ever I never used any of the extra utensils etc that I bring with me. It was very well stocked. The place was well maintained. The ownerDan couldn’t have been kinder. He really pays attention to the small details that make a difference He was gracious and allowed an early check in. The place was a piece of paradise and a slice of heavens Key Largo style. Highly recommended to others

Quiet Oasis

The first thing we noticed about the rental was how quiet it was. You could not hear highway one. We loved all the Florida vegetation and the sounds of the birds. The rental was very clean and well set up for a family. We enjoyed stopping by the local fish market and cooking at the rental. All the appliances were in great shape, including the grill. My teens really enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the lagoon and two pools, after our morning snorkel trips. The rental was in a great location for Key Largo snorkeling, kayaking, and restaurants. We recommend 'The Fish House. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great family vacation.

Comfortable Townhouse and Kind Host

The townhouse has everything you will need for your visit to Key Largo and a bonus that the washer and dryer are new. It’s a comfortable stay with the A/C working well and the kitchen stocked with all the items you’ll need for cooking and dining. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to extremely noisy demolition activity at an adjacent unit next door who seemed to be doing renovations during the week of our stay. My son was not able to tolerate the noise level and we had to leave. Daniel was kind enough to refund the remaining nights of our stay so we were able to leave immediately. The host really matters so keep this in mind when booking! I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone especially families. You’ll be in good hands with Daniel.
