210 Barrington Court is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa on the 2nd floor of the Barrington complex. This spacious, open concept villa has ivory tiled floors through the main living area and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. You enter into the blue and white kitchen that has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and there are two chairs at the countertop. The adjacent dining room table seats six. Plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together. In the living room you will find a blue queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, accent chair and a mounted 55” Roku TV. There are sliding glass doors that open to a balcony overlooking the complex lagoon, water fountain, pool and out to the ocean. The balcony has two high top tables with six chairs – a great place to relax with a beverage.

Off the kitchen is the first bedroom. This room has a queen bed plus a twin bunk bed and a mounted 43” Roku TV. The bathroom is shared with the hall and has a single vanity with granite top and a tub/shower combo.

The second bedroom is off the living room and has a king size bed, bench seat and mounted 40” Roku TV. This room has access to the covered balcony. The private bathroom has two separate granite topped vanities and a walk-in shower.

The Barrington Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, restrooms, showers and grilling area. There is also an elevator and under cover parking garage. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking. Plus Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants and shops.
