AMAZING!!!! The accommodations were exactly as described. The photo don’t do it justice. My family had a wonderful stay. It was our first major destination vacation. I wish we had stayed more than a week. Disappointed we couldn’t thank the hostess in person. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I wish I had read the descriptions more in detail because we missed out on a lot. The infinity table is on our Christmas wish list. I have referred and will continue to do so. The only place I ever want to stay when I visit. The community space was a hit, but no one wanted to leave the comforts of our host backyard.

A true luxury

This house lived up to its status as a luxury property, thinking of and accomodating your potential needs. It was the perfect house for our multigenerational family and had somethinf for everyone. We'd stay here again!

Perfect House!

The house was EXACTLY as pictured! The owner is extremely detailed oriented in terms of cleanliness and thoughtfulness towards guest needs. The kids loved the themed rooms and the pool. The adults were equally as pleased with their rooms. This house lived up to the Luxury in its name.

The BEST!

Everything is just as pictured and the reviews are spot on. Plenty of towels, dishes to cook with, and tons of extras! The slides were a hit with the kids! We had a 7 month old, and the nursery was absolutely perfect. We had one issue with the air conditioning that ended up not even being an issue. I text Christy about it and she had it checked out immediately. My favorite part of the stay is that Christy literally has QR codes next to all of the equipment with explanations on how to use it and all of the rooms and closets are labeled with what is inside. It was such an easy stay and truly a home away from home. We are already planning our next trip and hope to stay here again!!

Fantastic House

We all (14 total)had the best time at Lelani Luxury. This house is amazing and one of the best we have rented. There was enough space for all of us and plenty to keep us busy when we weren't at Disney. Details were not spared from the very well stocked kitchen all the way down to the numerous pool toys. All the beds were comfortable and there plenty of bath and beach towels. The house was super clean and everything was well marked. The lenai and pool area was were we hung out the most as it was very relaxing. The community has a wonderful water park and attached miniature golf course where the kids went often. The community is more secure than most of the vacation rental communities around Disney so there were no loud parties or racing cars through the community. The owner, Christy, was very professional, communicated very well and was just plain fantastic! She even arranged to have a box of delicious goodies for us upon arrival which was very much appreciated especially after a 15 hour drive. We will definitely rent this house again if in Orlando.

Spacious, Clean, Safe and Fun!

My family and I were looking for something to please everyone, with kids ranging from 1 to 12... young adults from 20 to 23 and, add adults over 40 in the mix this was going to be a tough task... however, this house was the perfect solution, with 3 slides INSIDE the house, the kids were in heaven, this house even has a nursery, also with the virtual reality games AND the arcade with over 6000 games from pack man, donkey kong and more the 20 year olds were happy, the BIG screen movie room kept the parents occupied and that MASSAGING CHAIR WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE.. PURE HEAVEN!! The pool and spa bought us ALL together, and it was good to be able to sit at a table that fit everyone at dinner time! The house was super clean, very spacious and comfortable, sofas perfect for real families (kid friendly and enough room for everyone to gather in one setting) the gated and security protected community made us feel safe, the house has so many features we didn't have to go to the club house (which is also available with even more extras) ! If you are looking for a place that will not disappoint Lelani Luxury delivers with flying colors!!!!! 😀

The house was amazing, clean, and so well organized. Christy thought of everything that you would need on vacation. The kids loved the slides and the game room. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed every day. It was nice to all eat together at the large dining table. When we had questions, Christy was very quick to respond. One of the nicest rentals we have stayed in.

We stayed with Lelani Luxury for 10 days. The house was exactly as expected per the photos, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The mattresses are so comfortable, the pool has cool lights, there are double washer and driers and honestly I can go on and on about the house. My 4 kids were entertained 24/7 with the slide, the pool, the game room, the projector and the blow up fort. The resort itself was the nicest one I’ve stayed at in Orlando with a great gym and water park. As far as the customer service: Christy was kind, respectful, and courteous with everything. She patiently answered all my questions throughout the entire pre-booking process, our entire stay, and up until checkout. Suffice it to say, we will be back. Thank you for hosting us!

Incredible Experience!

This has been such a great stay. We come to Orlando twice a year and get a big house like this so we have seen many great houses but Leilani Luxury is the best equipped and the best kept we have seen. I love all the details - from cute decor to thoughtful amenities. It's truly amazing 🤩 The kids - 3 and 7 had a blast with the slides and games and I loved that the rooms were themed but still calm and peaceful. You won’t regret staying here!

A memory making family trip

Lelani Luxury is a PHENOMENAL 10 out of 10!! I have rented MANY homes, condos, apartments, etc. over the years for small groups to our VERY large family and this home, the owner, and the resort, are absolutely the best we have ever encountered, and we’ve had a lot of very good experiences in other vacation rentals. The home was immaculate, well organized, was very well equipped from the kitchen, to the laundry, to the pool, as well as the game room! To list all that Christy has in this home would be too wordy, but I must say that the game room with slides, VR googles and arcade machines was the highlight of our kids (and many adults) in our group. The main club house has an awesome heated huge pool, lazy river, kids pool, sand volleyball, arcade room, basketball, mini golf, and other amenities free to the guests of the resort. Christy was immediately responsive and went the extra mile in many cases, and that makes a vacation successful and stress free. I will recommend this home to anyone I know and feel confident that they will be as pleased as our entire family was.

You won’t be disappointed!! This is an exceptional home in so many ways. There are so many amenities and extras the host has included, that you hardly need to pack more than your clothes. We paid for pool heat and it was set warm enough that the adults enjoyed staying in it as much as the kids. Christy is a great host, very helpful and easy to work with. I wish we could have this kind of experience every time we rent a home.

Outstanding House

Our group had an incredible stay at Lelani Luxury. We are Orlando locals (a a mix of couples with kids) who often book vacation rentals together, and we've stayed in many different vacation home communities in the area over the years (Solterra, Solara, Reunion, Champions Gate, etc) and this was hands down the best home and neighborhood by far. Check-in was a breeze, and the home blew us away. It was so clean, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully organized. There was a lot of care and thought put into the small details of this home. The kids were obsessed with the game room and slides. I couldn't believe the enormous selection of games available in the arcade. We enjoyed the cozy theater room and massage chair upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and we appreciate all the bonus toys and floats. Lastly, the resort clubhouse and pool were fantastic. We will absolutely try to stay here again!

Wonderful Week

This was the second time we have stayed at Lelani Luxury and we all agreed it was better than the first time. A few changes have been made from the first time which adds to an even better vacation stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed if you decide to eat in rather than go out which we did. All the beds are comfortable and plenty of towels for everyone along with plenty of beach towels. We used all the amenities at the Community Center and enjoyed all of them. While we enjoyed the waterpark, everyone preferred the pool at the house. Check-in was easy. A suggestion for the initial check-in is to come early and use the facilities while you are waiting for your house check-in that way you are missing all the people coming for the 4:00 check-in. Christy is a wonderful communicator and host. We would definitely stay at this house again and would recommend it to everyone (which we have).

Incredible house and thoughtful host

We loved the home. It is incredibly large and we couldn’t believe how spotless and clean it was for how large it is. The host thought of everything. Anything you could possibly want is in the house. Our children spent so many hours playing on the slides I can’t even count how many times they went down. They also loved the game table in the movie theater. The adults really enjoyed the arcade games and virtual reality. We spent several days just playing in the pool at the house and playing all the games in the house. The host was very thoughtful and attentive and quickly responded to all inquiries. The house is close to the parks to go to Disney and also easy enough to get to and from the airport.

Amazing property

I can’t say enough about the property owner and the amazing house! There were 10 of us with 9 adults and one 10 year old boy. The house has everything you need to make a perfect family getaway. We all said it was our favorite stay with the amount of amenities it had to offer —- kept everyone entertained all the time. The kitchen was well stocked so we always found what we needed when cooking Loved it so much !!!

I’m Christy, your host, and I have so enjoyed taking everything I love about Central Florida and using it as inspiration to design a one-of-a-kind experience that compliments our location. This home feels like it is a resort, within a resort!

In March 2021, we visited a vacation home in the Davenport area and fell in love with the area. We searched throughout Davenport and Kissimmee to find the best resort and landed on Windsor Island Resort. Knowing that many families travel with multiple generations, we wanted to be sure the home has lots of space for everyone to spread out. In January 2022 we were able to close on our new build and start transforming the home to be a great location for guests.
