Dear Mr. Madsen, thanks for the good rating. I am glad that you had a nice stay in our apartments and I am sorry that you had bad dog smell in one of the both apartments you have got from us. We have done everything to at least destroy the many dog hairs of the guest bevore you, but you know yourself that the previous guest moved out at 10 o'clock and you moved in at 11 o'clock. Even the intense airing did not do much. Unfortunately, many dog owners are not prepared to make sure that neither odor nor dog hair nuisance after their departure the guests afterwards spoil the holiday. This is a pity and we are considering just not allowing any more dogs. Of course, the "ordinary" dog owners suffer from the fact that there are fewer and fewer landlords who tolerate dogs. For good reason. Therefor we put a special notice in our map for dog owners, but we are not always successful with our policy for dog owners, as the example of your predecessor shows. All the best to you and your family and thank you for being such nice guests Yours Petra
