Fabulous Place to Stay!

This property was absolutely stunning — it exceeded all our expectations! It's just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to The Perfect Pig restaurant. The beach closet was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for a perfect beach day. Although we rented chairs and an umbrella, the ones provided came in handy for relaxing evenings by the shore. Enjoyed the pool area and appreciated the security of the electronic gates.

Great Place to Stacy

This is one of the nicest and well maintained places we have stayed in on 30A. I highly recommend this rental as well as the property managers.

Loved our stay at Sixteen Sandals! The unit is gorgeous, the beds are so comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked. I would most definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay here and were sad to leave! Beautiful condo with the perfect amount of space. Our kids absolutely loved the “hidden” bunks. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking and convenient access to the beach. We will definitely book here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, decorated nicely and had everything that we needed. The beach closet was a nice surprise with towels, coolers, toys, etc. Our only suggestion would be for hangers in the closets and hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. The beach access was super convenient and a quick walk across the street. We would definitely rent again!

The location and appeal of the property and condo are excellent. However, we were on the 4th floor with no elevator for a lot of our stay. We made 5 trips up 4 flights of stairs upon arrival. We carried a baby and stroller up and down four flights of stairs many times because of a broken elevator. Calling the number given only got a response of that is the HOA concern. I asked for that number but the person answering the phone said I called the right number but he could not fix an elevator. He seemed very bothered that I called. Thank goodness for a sweet resident who often said let me go reset the elevator!?! Seemed to work. Also several outlets would not work in one of the bedrooms. The throws in the den basket were covered in coffee or something. The pedestrian front gate would not open. Another guest at the complex told us we manage we’ll go through the path in the bushes since it hadn’t worked the entire time they had been there. Other than all these things that could be fixed with just a little concern it would have been a great place to stay.

We had a great time staying at 16 Sandals. Everything was perfect. The decor is awesome, the unit very clean, the beds so comfortable, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The pool was amazing and so many great restaurants around. We will definitely be staying there again!

Perfect place for my family of 8!

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view. I was extremely impressed with how well the owner stocked the place for visitors, too. She had every appliance, utensil, and container we needed in the kitchen, which was helpful for a family that cooks a lot! She also had everything we needed for the beach, including chairs, boogie boards, and extra beach towels. There was plenty of space inside and outside for all eight of us, so it never felt like we were fighting for chairs. I also really liked the convenience of beach access right across the street and plenty of shops, bike rentals, and restaurants within easy walking distance. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Having been on several trips to the beach, I want to tell you about a real gem. The accommodations are spectacular. The access to a large pool and private beach exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, with access to great restaurants and shops. The amenities like bicycles, golf carts and beach chairs were very affordable. I could choose to dine in with a fully functioning kitchen or dine out for a special occasion. The place is super clean and comes with all the supplies needed to keep it looking fantastic, including a full-size washer and dryer. The 3 rooms each have private baths and if needed a small cubby that sleeps 2 additional people. The balcony is spacious and furnished. The view is nice, although there are a few condos in front of it diminishing the ocean view. The condo is on the top floor, so the view is very nice, and the noise is non-existent. So, if you are looking forward to relaxing with a spectacular condo with a beautiful beach and a peaceful getaway you have found the right place.
