The spacious two bed two bath condo with 10' ceilings sleeps 6 comfortably. Step in and enjoy the open concept with an abundance of natural light and spectacular ocean views. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster. and granite countertops. There is plenty of room at the dining table which seats 6 in addition to 4 seats at the breakfast bar. The living area features ample seating and a 55" flat screen Smart TV.

The Master Bedroom features a King Bed with updated décor and 47” Flat Screen TV. Step out to the balcony and take in the ocean breeze. The en suite bath features a tile surround walk-in shower with bench seat. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with 33” Flat screen TV and en suite bath with tub and shower combo. A sleep sofa is available in the living area if needed. Also provided are free WiFi throughout the residence and a stackable washer and dryer in the condo.

This condo is approximately 1,400 SF with a ±271 SF balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf coast. Ocean Villa 2005 offers beach service during peak season (March 15 - October 15) including two beach chairs and an umbrella from the hut on the beach.

Garage clearance is 8 feet 4 inches.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 25 to rent.
