SITUATION - Cette belle maison est située sur le côté est de Breckenridge près du mont Baldy, tout en étant pratique à Main St. et les pentes!

ÉQUIPEMENTS - la principale zone de vie caractéristiques plafonds cathédrale, un foyer au gaz et une grande télévision à écran plat. Vous serez impressionné par la cuisine, qui est nommé avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et équipé de toutes les nécessités. En tête à l'étage, il y a un loft pour plus d'espace de couchage et peut également être utilisé comme un espace de vie supplémentaire pour lire un livre, de socialiser ou utilisé comme une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Les enfants vont adorer la salle de jeux et un endroit pour appeler à leur propre où ils peuvent jouer au billard, regarder la télévision ou écouter de la musique. Great Breck House for Family

Great location on the other side of town across from the lifts. We stayed a week with our kids and grandparents. comfortable, and very nice. Hot tub was a nice added feature.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful mountain home in ideal location close to town. This is our second year in a row staying in this house and this year also didn’t disappoint. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels, like new grill, full kitchen. Great hot tub overlooking the trees. Easy communication. Will definitely stay here again!

Great house

This was a perfect spot. Beautiful and excellent layout for 5 kids and 4 adults. Views were amazing and the driveway area made for the most perfect sledding. Pool table and hot tub were great extras. 4WD definitely a must. Communication with management company was the best I’ve experienced.

Really Disappointed

The owner refused to vacate the property, which was on a steep incline and apparently didn’t have snow removal. The approach to the property via our gps was steep and icy. I received approximately 1500 in damages to the side of my 4 wheel drive truck because of ice on the road. Will never book again.

Ski Vacation

Excellent home well equipped and comfortable!! The owners provide high end amenities! The hot tub was excellent with multiple jets configurable to your liking. Even had jets in the center to massage your feet after a long day of skiing. The gas fireplace provided superior heat to recover from the cold. The kitchen was well stocked and included things like sugar, coffee and other items you hate to buy while on vacation. Comfortable seating are with great sound system and tv. Bathroom soap and shampoo was quality!Only had 1 soap for the washer which the property manager seemed to think was sufficient. Only ding I could find to an otherwise perfect property. The owners truly provide a pleasant and comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. .

Great for small groups, quiet and close to skiing

We stayed as two families of four, two kids each. Overall it’s a great property, very private, mountain views, large jacuzzi, spacious kitchen and living area. It’s about 7 min drive to the village without traffic, very close. Be mindful that it’s really only three bedroom, and the bed in the loft doesn’t have any door. You can fit three kids in kids bedroom comfortably, but fourth wi have to be in the loft, which would limit privacy / what you can do at night in the kitchen / living room. The property interior is a little dated, some minor maintenance issues but quickly resolved by the management company.

Awful Management Company - Acceptable Property

After payment, we realized property was not By Owner -which could be confusing when using VR By Owner.com for sole purpose of bypassing management companies, but by Pinnacle Lodging property management. First, I can affirm Pinnacle Lodging can send an email. Within minutes of booking, I received an email with contract to sign to bind booking. Seems they can get that part of the deal done, however when it comes to providing the address and entry instructions they were nowhere to be found -literally. On afternoon of check-in my email request for address and entry instructions had yet to be responded to. Was left to call an automated answering service. Left voicemail at each option available -no immediate call back. Ah-ha! Company doesn't care about customers that've already paid, I'll bet a human will answer the option for a new reservation -voila! A human... unfortunately this person couldn't help but was kind enough to transfer me to leave the eighth voicemail. Eventually was contacted back by someone who said, the cleaning crew was dispatched and they'd have it ready by 4pm. I'd asked again for address and check in procedure and received it around 5pm after another call to voicemail. People may end a first day skiing with a cocktail by the fire or a nice jacuzzi, those things would have to wait. Upon arrival, were greeted by an unplowed steep driveway -yes area had gotten snow, but not in past 48+ hours. Was a path of deep footprints found which was how cleaning crew must have gotten up to the home. We had a modern four wheel drive SUV that was no match for the deep snow. Time to call the rental company and leave more voicemails. Was finally called back, by the on call assistant Richard who ultimately turned out to be the only helpful person we were in contact with at Pinnacle Lodging. Our level of frustration quickly had Richard transfer us to his supervisor. She told us the driveway had been plowed, and there was nothing she could do. Felt like the Twilight Zone -we were standing high shin deep in the driveway she assured us had just been plowed. She then suggested we deal with it in the morning it was (9pm) and she was frustrated -I said I understood how she felt. Ultimately Richard came out to HAND SHOVEL the drive way after I texted him photos. The remainder of the trip was spent arguing with Pinnacle Lodging to plow the drive way. Which they did, the hour we checked out two days later. Awful customer service.

Pinnacle manages multiple homes in the Breckenridge and all of our properties are clearly marked as such on VRBO and in all correspondence. We do not send access information until the home is ready on the day of arrival as these are changed frequently for security purposes. Our records indicate that we emailed access information at 3:30pm on the day of your arrival. As for the plowing, March has provided a historical amount of snow. A berm of snow formed at the base of the drive from the town plowing the streets. The snow plow had cleared the driveway earlier that day but we did have more snow fall in the meantime. He came back the next day to clear it again as part of his rounds. That being said, all of our homes come with a shovel should issues like this occur and the need be more urgent. We also did have one of our staff members come out to hand shovel for you later that night so the driveway was more accessible per your request. As you said, this home is listed as 4 wheel drive required. Thank you for the feedback on the home, I apologize that the conditions were unsatisfactory for you.

Family Getaway in the Rockies

This property is just as represented in the photos and description. Just perfect for a family gathering in the summer time. Everything worked perfectly and the management company could not have been more helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property. The only caveat is the steep gravel drive to it might present a challenge when snow and ice are involved, but in summer it wasn't an issue.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will say that the house was clean and the property management communication was good. We stayed in June so no 4wd car was necessary but if you’re looking to stay here in winter - it’s a must.I wasn’t impressed at how out of date the place is - it needs a complete refresh. No pasta pots available - no cookie sheets - no basic cooking supplies (oil, plastic wrap, etc). Also, the cut white plastic utensil holder stuffed into the small drawer looks trashy - simply move the utensils to another drawer that it can fit into properly. I felt this was treated like a hotel, not a house - travel sized supplies are just not enough for families, who are the majority of the clientele. It just doesn’t make sense - bar soaps instead of liquid soap, etc. The hot tub was nice but it would’ve been a bit nicer if the the cover was on the other side (not going up where the controls are) and the area around it was taken care of - mowed or had a walkway.This could be a fantastic place provided some updates are done and someone takes care of the little extras that go a long way.
