Summary:

Welcome to the Kingdom on Knollwood, a 2,400 sq ft North Asheville home that sleeps 14 across 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. It has three king bedrooms and a vaulted living room with a fireplace. Out back is a big hillside yard with a private hot tub and fire table. Dogs are welcome. I-26 is a mile away and downtown is 7.5 miles, so Biltmore, breweries, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are an easy drive. Built for family reunions, friend trips, and holidays.



The Space:

Main floor:

Vaulted living room with plenty of seating and a large TV.

Open dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker.

Primary suite: king bed, en suite bath, oversized custom shower.

Bedroom 2: king bed, queen sleeper sofa, gas log fireplace, TV, and sliding doors to the covered side porch. A full bath sits right off this bedroom with a second door to the hallway, so everyone on the main floor can use it.



Upstairs:

Bedroom 3: king bed.

Bedroom 4: queen bed.

Bedroom 5: two twin beds (trundle style), great for kids.

Loft with a queen sleeper sofa.

Full bathroom.



Basement:

Laundry room with washer and dryer.



Outside:

Large hillside backyard with room for yard games.

Private hot tub and fire table.

Covered side porch & covered back porch with plenty of seating



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours. Self check-in with a keypad. The driveway is steep but levels out at the top, with plenty of parking for your group.



The Neighborhood:

Just outside Asheville city limits on a quiet hillside. I-26 is one mile from the house and downtown Asheville is 7.5 miles, so Biltmore, the River Arts District, breweries, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are all an easy drive.



Getting Around:

Vehicle is needed. Uber and Lyft are available. I can also share info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.



Other Things to Note:

Dogs welcome. A per-dog nightly pet fee applies and shows at checkout.

Rental agreement and ID: Local rules require a signed rental agreement and ID check. We handle this through Happy Guest, a simple, secure website with no app and no account. It also gives you a guest guide with house info and our favorite local spots.

Driveway: It is steep, so take it slow in bad weather.



Interaction with Guests:

We are fairly busy so you most likely will not see us during your stay but we are just a message away if you do need something.
