LIVING AREA

An open living room is furnished with a 47 flat-screen TV with a DVD player and two plush armchairs. The comfy sofa doubles as a queen-size sleeper.

Multiple skylights throughout the apartment flood the space with natural light.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar provides plenty of counter space and seating for three.

When you're ready to eat, gather at the dining table for four.

BEDROOM & BATHS

Between the sleeper sofa in the living area and one bedroom, this rental sleeps up to four guests.

The bedroom promises a great nights sleep in a king bed. This room includes an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Providing added convenience, this apartment includes a half bath.

Perfect Location and atmosphere

This is a very cool loft in downtown Asheville. Centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, and the civic center. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Great natural light from the skylights. Overall one of the best vacation rentals in a city we have stayed in. Do make note of the parking situation, if there are no spaces available out front, you have to double park and unload quickly, then park in the parking deck about a block away. Or carry your items from the parking deck on Sears Alley. It's not far, but a logistical consideration.

Beautiful centrally located space

My sister and I stayed here for a 4 night trip to visit the city and it was prime location to all things we wanted to do! Walking distance to evening , and within a 1 hour drive to Blue Ridge Parkway to explore the mountains! I will definitely stay here again next time!

In the middle of everything

Great location! Cute apartment!

Loved the location to downtown shops and cafes! Also conveniently located within easy walking distance to the south brewing district. It does have a lot of morning street noise and a bedroom skylight that is very bright, not the greatest for late sleepers.

Great spot in the center of Downtown Asheville

This spot was perfect for all of the restaurants, bars and shops we wanted to hit. We were able to walk just about everywhere! It was easy to get in and out of the building and the area felt safe. Parking also was easy considering there was no designated lot/spots. Getting to and from the nearby parking garage was fairly simple and quick. My car was also safe there overnight.

Fantastic place in the heart of downtown

The loft was exactly as pictured in the listing! Very modern, clean and cozy. The location to downtown is amazing, with shops & all kinds of food options very close by. Parking was manageable and the parking garage is only a block away from the loft. I would absolutely come back to this loft, recommend friends to stay and explore other available lofts through this property management company!

Getaway for two downtown

We booked this place for a 3 night stay and loved it. Cool layout for 2 people with lots of space. Convenient location across from a gorgeous church. Street noise comes and goes but wasn’t annoying and the sound machines in the bedroom helped. Great amenities and spacious condo! It is also nice having the half bath. Highly recommend.

Great location!

The apartment was in a great location! Close to the main bars and restaurants of down town Asheville. Easy to get in and out of. The only downside was there is no included parking with the apartment, there is a parking garage right across the street that's easy to access but must pay Everytime you leave. Other then that defiently recommend this apartment for a stay in Asheville!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Could not be in a better location for all things downtown. Street parking was abundant and easy with the use of the parking app. We did have a small plumbing concern but the rental company was super responsive and easy to work with. We had a wonderful time and when we come back we will definitely want to stay here.

Great location

Have stayed at different Church St lofts 4x, this the second time with property managed by vacasa (booked on vrbo). Yes, can sometimes be a bit of night-time noise in this Church-St facing unit (Lexington-facing back units seemed quieter), but manageable if you are a heavy sleeper (me) or a chill person okay to get by on 4-6 hrs a night for a few days (wife), reminding yourself that a really nice downtown apartment's pros still make it a vastly better option than a hotel or most less-central, less-vibrant places. Everything else about this unit is great, as pictured and described. Vacasa's communications are good.

Great location 
. but,

I cannot fathom that anyone would buy a property without at least one dedicated parking spot in which to park. The fact that you would do so and then rent out the space without said spot is beyond comprehension. That was the biggest problem with the location, the second was the noise from the neighboring bar until the small hours of the morning 
 however, the loft is beautifully appointed .. and could have been a delightful stay.

Mostly good with a few drawbacks

If in town location is most important then this is your place. But, the sound proofing from the street was poor - lots of street noise and car alarms each night. The internet did not work upon arrival though Turnkey property managers were readily accessible first by phone then in person to fix the problem. Still, it took up the first four hours of my stay which was a bummer. Minimal on the creature comforts such as no hangers in the closet and no dishwasher detergent, no coffee.

Centrally located condo

The location of this condo is right in the heart of everything- you can walk to a ton of places. The one issue, which is no fault of the condo owner, is that there were a lot of homeless and/or mentally distraught individuals either sleeping right by the condo entrance, or hanging around all day. It just made us feel a little bit nervous walking in and out. We never had an issue but just wanted to give a heads up. The condo itself has a nice layout. Great open space, very nice kitchen. It likely needs to have a deep cleaning (the washer is full of stuck on mold, the corners are dirty etc) and a plumber needs to fix the main shower drain. We had a lovely visit.

The condo is classy. Great location. Comfortable walking distances to Bistros, bakeries. site seeing locations downtown. But, the toilet starting overflowing with the 1st flush, used the bath towels to keep floor dry. Called 1-866-346-1218 several times over a few days- they took report & told me a local company would be incontact with me re: toilet- kept phone on at all times. After the initial flush, if we needed that toilet would have to fill trash can with water, pour into the tank then flush. Then I asked for another bath soap & laundry detergent (1 was initially in apt)- was told that is my responsibiity after the 1st set - so we used the dishwashing liquid for bath soap. Odd.
