Our newly remodeled, 4-bedroom home is an open & airy space that brings you the best of Palm Springs living. Stylish and comfortable, our home features plush furnishings to help you relax & unwind, along with all the modern amenities that make you feel at home. Enjoy the majestic, sweeping views of the San Jacinto mountains from our large backyard, complete with pool/spa, outdoor dining, fire pit & ping pong table. It's truly a special space. We hope you enjoy & make it your own desert oasis.
Designed with an ode to the style & sophistication of Palm Springs, this open concept 4-bedroom home is in the sought-after Los Compadres neighborhood, located in the south part of city and sheltered from the high winds of the north side. The property is a relaxing space featuring brand new furniture, tons of room to enjoy & relax in, and a large backyard complete with pool, spa, outdoor shower, chaise lounges overlooking the mountains.
The home has been remodeled with mid century modern furnishings & fixtures, along with updated appliances and many features that make your stay comfortable and convenient. The bright and airy living room contains a large sofa with a chaise, sleek fireplace, 75â top of the line flat screen SmartTV, new generation Xbox with unlimited games, and plenty of room for your group to relax and unwind in. There's even a working record player with a selection of vinyl records for our guests' use!
The living room opens to the spacious dining area, which contains an eight-person table thatâs ideal for dinner parties. The newly reconfigured kitchen features black stainless appliances, oversized island with bar stools, and plenty of countertop space for you to create that perfect meal. The entire living and dining room area has windows and glass doors opening out to the backyard for indoor/outdoor living, including a covered patio that's perfect for dining al-fresco under the desert sky.
Our four bedrooms are inviting and equipped with comfy, cushy mattresses for you to enjoy. The beds are outfitted with soft, premium sheets, to give you that perfect nightâs sleep. The primary bedroom contains a plush King-size bed and contains a gorgeous en-suite wet room with a rain shower and free-standing bathtub. This bedroom also has its own private patio, perfect for that morning cup of coffee.
The additional three bedrooms all feature Queen-size beds, plenty of room to stretch out in, and tons of natural light coming from the glass sliding doors and windows surrounding our property.
The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area really steals the show, offering privacy and stunning views of the mountains in either direction. Several comfy chaise lounges & chairs, a fire pit, large outdoor dining table and plenty of additional seating allow you to relax and re-energize under the stars. The backyard also features a BBQ grill for that perfect outdoor meal overlooking the sunset over the mountains.
Additional amenities that youâll enjoy are complimentary ultra fast WiFi throughout the house, SmartTVs with cable in the living room & 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer, black stainless appliances, garage parking, and complimentary toiletries in every bathroom.

Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
(we don't make the rules, but we do follow them!)

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Daytime occupancy is 12 people.
-Overnight occupancy is 8 people.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed. Please utilize driveway parking before using street parking.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
- The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day.
- The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.
- Spa heat is included in the price of the rental.
PETS
- NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy-free and should stay as such due to the owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to the owner's family members and therefore, there are no exceptions to this rule. If there are any signs of animals, you will not be allowed to check-in, your reservation will be canceled, and a $500 damage fee will be assessed.
NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.
CLEANING
The final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Fund will be collected from guest as mid-stay cleanings occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
â $99: 1-29 nights
â $450: 30-59 nights
â $150: each additional 30-night block
