At the heart of an exceptional 30,000 m² estate, the Domaine des Manguiers welcomes you to a unique natural setting in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains. You will discover a vast environment composed of mango trees, lychees, banana trees and more than 1,000 fruit trees.
Large avenues lined with coconut trees, landscaped paths, relaxation areas, a natural massif allowing you to admire the sunset over Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, its port and its lights every evening via a private path… a rare place where nature, calm and luxury meet. natural, from the terrace and the swimming pool throughout the day.

The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and a television, as well as four modern bathrooms, to guarantee privacy and comfort for each occupant. An adjoining bedroom can be offered as an option, to increase capacity or create a more independent space. The living room opens widely to the outside and extends onto a convivial terrace, ideal for meals and shared moments.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to cook like at home, with a hob, oven, refrigerator, crockery, utensils, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, citrus press, as well as a rice cooker. The villa is also equipped with wifi, a speaker and a bolero (a type of jacket, or possibly a specific audio device depending on context), to enhance moments of relaxation. For families, a baby bed, a high chair and a changing table are available, and foutas (lightweight towels) are provided in sufficient number for all occupants. Outside, the private swimming pool bordered by a vegetated patio creates an intimate and tropical atmosphere, perfect for recharging. A breakfast service can be offered upon request, to start the day smoothly without leaving the comfort of the villa.

We have implemented a personalized check-in process, supervised by a dedicated reception manager.

Prior contact: Your reception manager will contact you 3 days before your arrival to organize your visit and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in (arrival): Arrival time: between 2 PM and 4 PM (for arrivals after 8 PM, an additional charge will apply upon request) Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed at the accommodation for a personal key handover. An inventory will be carried out with you to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Check-out (departure): Departure time: before 10 AM. On the day of your departure, a check-out inventory will also be carried out, accompanied by the return of the keys.

Propreté et gestion des déchets
Merci de respecter les consignes de tri en utilisant les contenants appropriés :

Ordures ménagères : poubelle classique
Tri sélectif : emballages recyclables (plastique, carton, etc.)

Verre : à déposer exclusivement dans les conteneurs à verre prévus à cet effet
Il est interdit de laisser des sacs poubelle dans les parties communes ou à l’extérieur du logement.

Interdiction de fumer
Le logement est entièrement non-fumeur, y compris à proximité des fenêtres. Merci de fumer à l’extérieur et de jeter vos mégots dans les cendriers, sans les laisser au sol.

Respect du voisinage
Par respect pour le voisinage, nous vous remercions de limiter le bruit, en particulier entre 22h et 8h.

Invités et événements
Les fêtes et rassemblements sont interdits, sauf autorisation préalable pour un événement spécifique (mariage, baptême, etc.). Le nombre d’occupants ne doit pas dépasser celui indiqué dans la réservation.

Sécurité et économies d’énergie
Merci de penser à :

Éteindre les lumières, la climatisation et les appareils électriques en quittant le logement
Fermer les fenêtres et verrouiller la porte avant votre départ

Le jour de votre départ, merci de :

Laisser le logement propre et rangé
Sortir les poubelles
Faire la vaisselle ou lancer le lave-vaisselle
Remettre les meubles et objets à leur place d’origine
