In both homes, upstairs queen bedrooms offer cozy, restful spaces, while additional twin rooms and bunk rooms are perfect for kids, teens, or group sleeping arrangements.

📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Booking Requirement: A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. You’ll receive a secure link after reservation to complete guest details and upload ID. Payment will appear as two charges: one from VRBO (service fee) and one from “Our Humble Homes” (remaining balance).

Age Requirement: Booking guest must be 25+ with positive reviews. All guests must be 25+ or traveling with parents. We do not host prom, graduation, or senior week groups.

Construction Notice: There is active construction in our neighborhood. By city ordinance, crews are permitted to work on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. We’ve lowered our nightly rate to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay.

No Extra Fees: No hidden charges—cleaning, linens, and amenities are all included in your total.

Hot Water Notice: For larger groups (20+), hot water may need time to replenish—staggering showers is recommended.

Safety & Security: Homes are equipped with smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Exterior cameras and noise monitoring devices are in place for safety (no audio recording).

Mobility: Entry requires a few stairs. Each home includes a main-level king suite with a walk-in shower and jetted tub for easier access.

Lake Club Access: Complimentary passes are included but availability is seasonal and not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued if amenities are unavailable or the club is closed.

Property Note: These homes are not lakefront, despite what some third-party listings details may indicate.

Hot Tubs: The hot tubs are not fenced and may be visible to neighboring homes.

Community Rules: Fire pits, open flames, and fireworks are not permitted in the community.

Nature & Wildlife: Located in a wooded area, you may encounter wildlife such as deer, bears, squirrels, and insects. While the home is regularly treated by pest control, sightings in and around the property can occur.

🔑 GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy full, private access to both spacious side-by-side homes—each offering 3,000 sq ft of living space.

Self check-in is simple and secure with a unique key code assigned just for your stay. Each home has its own private entrance, and while they are not connected inside, moving between them is easy via the front or back exterior doors.

You’ll have access to the entire property, with the exception of a few locked owner closets.
