🏠🏠 TWO HOMES INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY
• Your reservation includes two spacious side-by-side homes, each offering 3,000 sq. ft. of space
• Each home has its own front door and entrance — they are not connected inside
• To move between the homes, you’ll simply step outside and use the front or back doors
• The front entrances are just a few steps up (3–4 stairs)
• Master Bedroom on the main floor of each house for easy access
• Enjoy easy self check-in with a unique key code created just for your stay
• You’ll have full access to both homes, with the exception of a few locked areas for owner supplies

👬 OCCUPANCY & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• We don’t host Prom, Graduation, or Senior Weekend groups.
• Booking guest must be 25+ years old with no negative past reviews.
• For adult-only groups, all guests must be 25+ years old or traveling with parents.
• Parking is available for up to 10 cars (4 driveway, 6 overflow parking lot with provided permits).
• Home sleeps up to 22 guests. All king/queen/full beds will be shared and/or the upper bunk beds will be used. No children under 6 years old on the top bunk; max weight 175 lbs.
• To finalize your reservation, a signed Rental Agreement must be submitted within 24 hours of booking (link provided after booking is accepted). To complete the agreement, you will need the full names and ages of each guest, along with a copy of your government-issued ID. Failure to complete this step within the given timeframe will result in automatic cancellation.
• Kindly note: You’ll see two separate charges on your credit card statement—one from VRBO for their booking fee, and another from Our Humble Homes covering the nightly rate and any additional applicable fees. We just want to ensure there are no surprises when reviewing your statement!

🐞 WILD ANIMALS & INSECTS
• Our homes are in the woods and there will be animals & insects, such as but not limited to deer, bear, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants, and lady bugs
• We are contracted with a pest control company with scheduled treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that insects will not be in or around our homes

🏊🏼 POOL & LAKE CLUB
• Communal Pool & Lake Club Access is from Memorial Day through Labor Day and then weekends through mid-September
• Lake Club & Swimming Pool is closed for the season after September 15th
