La piscine est ouverte de la 2ème semaine de mai à fin octobre

Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée avec ce tout nouveau chalet absolument magnifique! Situé sur un grand terrain privé, la maison dispose de 10 chambres confortables, 6. 5 salles de bain complètes et peut accueillir jusqu'à 30 personnes. Avec plus de 6800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, il y a trop de commodités à énumérer!

Le plan d'étage à aire ouverte en fait un endroit parfait pour des sorties en famille, des voyages avec un groupe d'amis, des voyages de ski ou simplement un week-end, cette maison a tout pour à peu près tout le monde!

Le premier étage se compose d'une salle de jeux de 1 600 pieds carrés comprenant un billard, un jeu de palets, un baby-foot, un bar et un réfrigérateur et une télévision à écran plat de 75 "pour une expérience ultime de divertissement! Sautez dans la piscine chauffée de 30 pieds juste à l'extérieur sur le pont ou détendez-vous dans le grand spa pour 8 personnes! La terrasse de fête a également de nombreux sièges pour les barbecues, ou simplement vous détendre et prendre l'air frais tout en buvant votre verre de vin préféré ou une bière glacée! Le premier étage dispose de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain complète.

Alors que vous montez au rez-de-chaussée, la grande salle se compose de 1600 pieds carrés de plan d'étage ouvert avec une vue imprenable sur la station de ski adjacente! Une cuisine moderne avec coin repas possède toutes les commodités de la maison et peut accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes confortablement. L'étage principal comprend également 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes pour votre commodité!

Le 3e étage est composé de 4 chambres de maître 2 salles de bain privées.

Biannual Family Reunion 2025

The property is as advertised and worked very well for our extended family. The game room/playroom in the basement is very large and accommodated a lot of activity. The pool and the shaded deck were used extensively and very much enjoyed, along with the hot tub and gas fire pit. Two of the loft rooms do not have windows, but accommodated our toddler who needed a dark space as well as some adults who appreciated that as well.Overall, we were very satisfied.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Very well kept and clean. Tina was very responsive and had very clear instructions for the space. Kitchenware was fully stocked for our large group and the outdoor grill being attached to a gas line was a nice bonus. 0 complaints!

Family reunion space

The place was a perfect place for our family of 30, ages 2-86. Lots of room to be together OR spread out. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all ages and the front lawn was a great place for a fun game of wiffle. The kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms and baths were as stated. Lovely stay

Great getaway for a work retreat

The house was perfect for a work retreat - comfortable space for presentations, and for free time. Accommodated 27 adults. We had a great time cooking, very spacious kitchen and living room. Also very convenient location for hiking and going into town if needed.

Family gathering

This was a great place for our family gathering of 15 adults and 8 children - plenty of room and things to do. The pool, outdoor decks, and basement recreation room were enjoyed by all. Meals were handled easier than expected with the large kitchen and outdoor grill. When we had a couple of minor problems, the owners were very responsive, which allowed us to have a very enjoyable week here.

First Poconos visit

This was a great house for our annual summer vacation with friends and family. There was plenty of space, house was well stocked for group cooking and was a great location with a variety of options nearby for activities for all. Tina and Boris were great hosts sharing a variety of local recommendations in advance of our stay and made the check in/out process very easy. They were very communicative throughout our stay checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

An Amazing Property!!!

The house was wonderful, very spacious and plenty of bedroom/bathrooms! The kitchen was well equipped and had all the comforts of home. Family Gathering

The perfect getaway

The weekend trip we planned would not have been the same without this house. Wonderful Winter Getaway

The house was absolutely stunning! And very spacious for all our guests. It was in a great area with convenience for so many things to do for all ages. We spent a lot of time at the house which had great open areas for socialization with the family. We reserved the house for a bachelorette/bridal weekend, and our family already talked about doing something here again, Boris was very helpful and responsive for any questions we had. It’s a Gem — Perfect escape for you and a group to slip away.

This was such a wonderful experience. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and some. The layout was exceptional— more space than we could imagine. The house is well kept and amazingly clean. The house rules indicate “... treat this house like it was your own.” This was easy as It felt like home - comfortable and relaxing. Our host was considerate, organized and detailed. We really appreciate everything from start to end.

Lovely and spacious home for a family celebration of 24 people!

This home was so spacious for our large family of three generations with four great grandchildren under the age of 5. Each of the three floors had ample space to gather for meals, play games or watch sports. We hired a photographer who had plenty of room to take beautiful family photos. Our weekend together was a great surprise for our 83 year old matriarch! We highly recommend this lovely home. PS...Boris was very attentive and replied immediately to any questions. Thank you again Boris for a fabulous weekend celebrating our amazing Mother and the family she created!
