Thank you for your stay and your feedback. Mattresses have been bought to try to accomodate the largest range of guest preferences (hard, firm, and soft). We understand that this is a personal preference. The new in 2022 master suite mattress is a bit harder than we had anticipated. Thank you

We confirmed that the property was cleaned prior to arrival, but we will be addressing this complaint. We should have been contacted upon the sprinkler issue, and we would have offered an option upon a text or call immediately for this inconvenience. The sprinklers are on due to a new lawn in June of 2022. Our visitor policy was not clear, and the # of overnight guests exceeded the reservation of 3 adults and 2 children. Beds used: 2 Queens, 1 full, 2 twins and cot. Charge was for 2 extra beds, at $25 each. Previous email indicated by renters "visitors". We also had to replace two broken items onsite that were not in the same condition as arrival upon checkout. Pictures and estimate of replacement were provided. Also, locked room for Owners personal property was found open upon checkout. We have no control over the condition of the shore or lake. We are coming off a decline of 24 inches of high water sine 2021 and the shore is just coming back to a restored beach like error vs the water up to the stone retaining wall. Weeds are also a result of the water level change. We were under no wake for 2 summers. Thank you.
