"Sweet Beach" Pebble Beach E-301 has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6 adults or 4 adults/3kids max)

Beautifully and highly-rated renovated condo located near downtown Emerald Isle.
The Pebble Beach complex has oceanfront and oceanside condominiums with convenient beach access. The complex also includes two outdoor pools with changing rooms, an indoor pool, tennis courts, and workout room.

Please note, the complex strictly enforces:
Two parking spaces per rental
No pets (unfortunately)
No elevator access to the third floor.

Sweet Beach is a 3rd floor unit with many amenities.

Master Bedroom has a king size bed with flat-screen TV.
Guest room #2 has a Queen sized bed.
Guest room #3 has one twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids!
Unit has washer and dryer.
Living Room has plenty of seating and a 52" flat-screen TV.
New, modern kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops, and SS appliances.

Linens (sheets and bathroom towels) are included in cleaning fee.

Are you ready to visit a joyful, fresh, relaxing space for you to get away and make some wonderful family memories?? We sure hope so!

Tastefully decorated and well-appointed, this condo is located at PB complex close to shops and restaurants where you can ride your bikes into town. Have fun playing tennis, walking the beach searching for shells or watching the dolphins play out in the waves. This is a gated community with 24-hour security and numerous amenities to make you feel relaxed and comfortable in our condo.

Relax on the private, furnished balcony and enjoy the straight-from-the-ocean breeze. Condo has lots of ocean breezes. It’s a large unit so you can spread out. The top floor makes it peaceful.

We had a great time here with our grandsons ( ages 10 & 13). The condo had the perfect layout for us to all have our own space plus, plenty of room for board games and meals. It was beautifully and comfortably decorated and we felt “at home” as soon as we arrived. The property and amenities were great and a short walk to the beach and pool. We made some great memories!

Beautiful property and short beach walk

Heidi and Jason were amazing hosts. The condo was well stocked and very clean. Our walk to the beach/pool was about 3 minutes. The grocery trip into town was a short commute as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to make another trip here in the future.

The property was absolutely perfect and provided all the little extras to make a long weekend get away the absolute best. The location was perfect and only a couple of minutes walk to the pool and beach.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is very nicely updated and comfortable. We love having both the beach and pools close by and find the complex to be very family friendly. We enjoyed our vacation here and look forward to coming back again next year!

Never disappoints

This was our second stay at this property and it is so great! Jason and Heidi are super hosts! The condo is charming, spacious, clean and welcoming and the location is perfect with the beach nearby and Emerald Isle amenities just around the corner! Perfect getaway!

Labor Day week-end at Emerald Isle

Excellent stay at this VRBO! We enjoyed our time in this clean, spacious and perfectly located cozy nest! The beach access is just nearby and so are the restaurants. The place is very well maintained and we slept perfectly! Communication with Jason and Heidi was easy and fast! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect

Everything about this condo was great and made our trip to Emerald Isle very enjoyable! The renovations were beautiful, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the towels were amazingly plush and comfy! You cannot beat the short walk to the beach and the access to two nice pools. Nearby groceries and restaurants were a plus as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Great spot!

Our family of 5 stayed at this location. It was so clean and very close to the beach and 3 pools! We loved that it was able to accommodate the 5 of us but it would have been nice to have a pull out couch. Emerald Isle is very nice, it was our first time staying there - most of the places outside of the beach and pool which we visited were 30-40 min away so we did spend a bit of time driving. Overall we loved this location and hope to be back again!

Great place

We really enjoyed our time and the space in the condo. The walk to the beach takes a few minutes. The pool near the beach was nice and was a great way to end the day. It was a great birthday wkd for me! Heidi and Jason were helpful when we needed them. It's great to have owners like them! If we return to Emerald Isle I will be rebooking here.

Wonderful Place to Stay with babies!

We loved everything about this condo! We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, it’s even nicer in person. We vacationed with our friends, both of us have babies under one and this place was perfect! We were able to divide the girls up so they would not disturb each others naps/sleeping, the layout of the condo couldn’t have been more perfect to ensure sound didn’t disturb our space or the condos around us. If you have littles I definitely recommend this space. It was close to the beach and the pool so coming up for naps was super easy. The condo was clean and very spacious!

Kindness Matters

We enjoyed our stay completely! The kindness of the host and community was so appreciated. The host was easy to communicate with and the property was incredible. Town was walking distance by beach or road. There is a quiet and safe bike trail that winds throughout town (wished we brought our bikes!) and hiking preserve across the street The pool offered a respite from the sandy beach. The beds were so comfortable and the towels plush! The decor' was fresh and new, kitchen well equipped. We are planning another family vacation for next spring!

Ideal for a steal

It's a condo with a home feel. Yes, it's a third floor condo. (only thing I wish could change). My family was very pleased with the well renovated condo. The owners Jason and Heidi maintained superb communication with me whenever I reached out. They have prepared the place to rent but didn't skimp on the renovations. The amenities and loaner items they provide can save you if you forget something. I forgot to grab a beach cooler, but they had one in the unit as a loaner. (Life saver!) The place was extremely clean. Something we don't find in every rental. (At least not to my wive's expectations!) It's not beach front but literally a rock throw away. The common area is secure in a gated community and a roving guard is about the property regularly. Pools are well maintained and clean. My family was skeptical going in as it wasn't a beach front home like we usually rent, but they were more than happy with this place. We would definitely rent from Jason and Heidi again.

Road Trip to Emerald Isle from PA

My Mom, brother, and I all loved the Mondo Condo! It was perfect for the three of us as we each had our own room. My brother took the king, my Mom the queen, and I slept in the bottom bunk of the third bedroom. Beds were all comfy and having two bathrooms was great. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the kitchen island and appreciated the coffee bar, toaster, and microwave cover for heating up leftovers. We all loved how close this unit was to restaurants and shopping in Emerald Isle! Just across the street from the Pebble Beach property itself was Gaffer’s and Lazarra’s - both awesome places to eat and came highly recommended by the owners. Just a short 2 minute drive from there lead you to the Emerald Plantation shopping area with Rucker John’s and Sharky’s Bar & Grill that we also enjoyed food from during our stay. Thoughtful touches, such as the owner’s own recommendation list, dishwasher tabs, and laundry soap were much appreciated. We found it so easy to walk over to the outdoor pool area and beach from the condo. The only tricky part is all the stairs to get up to the third floor when it comes to suitcases. Overall, we would all three highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Emerald Isle. We drove into Beaufort (45 minutes away) and nearby Swansboro (15 minutes away) several times and also enjoyed those towns so much. We forgot our stressful jobs for the week and thank both Jason and Heidi for the perfect escape!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our time in the beautiful condo! It was very clean and extremely well stocked. The short walk to the beach was great, even for our 5 year old. We probably utilized the swimming pools the most, which were also very clean and the water temp was perfect. The owners are the absolute best, and couldn’t be quicker with their responses to my messages. My Mom lost her phone while we where there, and Jason and Heidi were quick to help in every way they could, including contacting their HOA. They truly went above and beyond, and we are very thankful they shared their space with us for our stay in Emerald Isle! We will most definitely stay with them again!

We live near Raleigh NC and have loved Emerald Isle since visiting many years ago. We enjoy the peacefulness of our property as well as its pools and beach, and we enjoy kayaking in the area.

This is a newly renovated condo, and we've put a lot of time and effort into making a place we want to visit. It is our home away from home We hope you feel the same!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This complex really has it all, year-round. It's got pools, workout rooms, and it's within walking or biking distance to the town. It's a great place for adults who want to get away - our top floor unit is quiet and has ocean breezes and lovely wooded views off the screen porch, where we hear the waves crashing. For teens and tweens, it's easy to bike to town and find things to do. And for youngsters, there is a menu of options within the complex (beach, pools, tennis) or in the area (water park, mini-golf, video games, bowling, movies).
