The layout of the condo was great. One bedroom & bathroom on each level. Plenty of space for a family or a few couples.

Great rental!

Everything was as described. It’s in a beautiful area with nice walking paths. The unit was extremely clean and I am fussy! Beds and sheets were very comfortable. Quiet location . Would definately rent again!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed. Host was easy to work with and check in and out very easy. Very quiet area. Also enjoyed eating at Helen’s place in Grantham. Food good and staff fun and friendly.

Wonderful experience!

You won’t find a more beautiful place or kinder home owners than this place. Even the neighbors are welcoming and lovely. This is an 11 out of 10 and I’m definitely coming back!

Amazing!

Can't say enough about how much we loved this place. First of all, it's huge with lots of space to spread out. The pictures don't do justice to how big this place is. The neighborhood is also a big plus with the lake several hundred yards away and nice walks abounding. Very quiet. The host was very nice and communicative. Overall, a wonderful experience! We'll be back for sure.

Great place

This was a great place to stay when we took a class at King Arthur Flour, which is about 25 minutes away. The unit is 3 floors, not handicap accessible but if that is not an issue for your group it is large and great for a family. Kind of in a wooded area with lots of outdoor stuff to do nearby. This is a place to get away.

Quiet, bright, and lots of space

Great host; good communication via e-mail and text and VERY responsive when I needed something. Condo had lots of room, was well-equipped without being overcrowded, and had pretty much everything we needed. A little removed from the hustle and bustle, but only a short drive away from anything we wanted.

Beautiful and relaxing

The place was very spacious.There were 5 of us and we enjoyed the place and the area very much.Plenty of room, with 3 different floors.All with bathrooms.I would love to come back again.Very relaxing.The perfect getaway.We even swam at the beach, even though its October.!! Great spot.

Great Location and Welcoming

We love it. All was great and very clean. Instructions very clear. I just would like to point on 3 things. One we could use some real wine glasses, the internet connection if more the two people on it the TV would not load it, and everyone needs to be ware about the steps going down the unit. We had two erderly with us and they needed to be helped. The main floor has a queen bed, and the main bedroom is upstairs with a kig bed. I would stay here again and recomend the apartment for sure.

Only Good Memories

My husband, I and two of our friends stayed here for a wedding weekend. The beautiful surroundings were great, the home was exactly what we needed and we felt we got a steal, value wise. The host was communicative and nice. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. We each had our own personal room and bathroom. We stayed in the summer and there were fans to cool us. We have no complaints, only good memories and we would recommend this location to family and friends.

This property was so clean! It had plenty of space. Bedrooms were very comfortable. With a family of 5, it was great to have 3 bathrooms. Communication with the owner was great! She was very helpful. Already planning our next return trip here!

Time with family in Eastman

Three-story condo with a bathroom on every level. King-size bed on upper level with attached bath was comfortable. There are 12 steps down to the main level of condo with kitchen and queen bed. Two sliding doors lead to wrap around deck. You are able to see a bit of the lake from 1st level. The side of the condo is on road that leads to the exit of the community.

Great house with lots of space!

Property was wonderful and Lyn, was a fantastic host. At one point we thought we might need to have an extra few people stay with us and she came by the next morning with extra towels and sheets. The bedsheets in the master also were very smooth and comfy! No complaints at all about the space. We had our family with two small kids, ages 4 and 16m as well as my brother in law and there was plenty space for all of us.

Very nice place-would definitely stay again

Lyn’s place was nice. We’re a family of five and there was space for everyone to both spread out and gather together. Beds were comfortable, the place was clean, the furniture was pleasant. We liked the neighborhood: a short walk to the lake, lots of trees. One of the reviews said something about the place being close to the road and creating difficulty sleeping. But we all were fine; didn’t have any problems. We had communications back and forth a couple of times with Lyn and her responses were quick and pleasant. The only issue we had was that there’s an exterior, wooden staircase down to the condo. We were here to visit family and wanted to have them over for a meal. But one family member has mobility issues so we needed to change our plans. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.

A place to stay

Winter/spring ski trip. We were on the go. Did not experience summer at the lake. 70's condo with limited kitchen space for cooking. Ok for breakfasts or lunch on the go but if you are a party of six or even four, cooking dinner will be a challenge. If cooking is something you avoid while you are away, then this should not be a problem. The master bedroom had a bit of road noise from the early New Hampshire risers as the condo is near the intersection of two main roads at the bottom of a hill. Summer foliage may offer sound buffer. Our family was not a fan of firm foam mattresses. Three separate bathrooms, all three with showers offered at a reasonable price is a definite and huge plus.
