"BELLA VISTA" - a Spectacular Oceanfront home in Marathon, Fla. with an Invisible-edge heated salt water pool that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Open Water Unobstructed VIEWS. Newly renovated! This 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home can comfortably sleep 8 people. Three bedrooms have King sized beds and one bedroom has two queen beds. Two of the king bedrooms are ensuite.
Enjoy gorgeous views from every room. We are one block walk to Sombrero beach.
Very large travertine patio surrounds the heated pool for you to relax and enjoy the sun, sea and family! Fish right from the patio or take a swim in the Ocean (steps lead right to water where you can swim - it's about 3-4 ft deep at the bottom of the steps depending on the tides).

The space is decorated in a beachy Coastal Living decor. Cool tones mixed with pops of fun bright colors! Comfortable couch in the living room, large 65" Roku Enabled flat screen tv, soft luxurious bedding and mattresses and a gourmet stocked kitchen. (Each bedroom also has a Roku enable tv) Outside stairs are only connection between the 1st and 2nd floors. Upstairs is living room, kitchen, 2.5 baths and two bedrooms. Downstairs is Laundry /mud room which includes a full fridge/freezer and utility sink , 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a sitting area with a large flat screen tv. The Master Bedroom and the two downstairs bedrooms have direct Ocean Views, the second King bedroom upstairs has a side view of the water from the sliders next to the bed.
All bed linens and bath and pool towels are included in the rental.
All foil, saran wrap, ziplock bags are included
All paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, misc spices and condiments are included.
Each full bathroom will be supplied with a couple of travel size shampoos, conditioners and soap.

Perfect for two generation family of 8 or 2-3 couples. Children under 10 are not advised but please inquire. Max guests allowed is 8 for this rental.

You will have access to the entire home. Yard is very private.

We also include two single kayaks and two beach cruiser bicycles with your rental at no extra charge. (A cost savings of over $ 500 for the week) And we include 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use.

Pool is heated to 84 at no extra charge. If you want the pool heated to a higher temp. there will be a charge. Sorry NO PETS allowed
