Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but not there is nobody living on-site 24/7.

For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

- Indoor fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area due to county law
- Condiments, zip locks, charcoal and firewood are NOT provided
- No Pets. Snuck in pets will result in a $250 charge plus additional cleaning fees. You'll be asked to leave the property immediately
- We provide a starter set of coffee grounds, K Cups, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay
- No fires inside or out with exception of fireplaces during winter months
- Unauthorized fires (including candles) will result in a $100 charge + damages last guest,
- Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
