Newer cottage in The Currituck Club (TCC) on the golf course with golf cart. Enjoy the beach and all of the amenities and location the Currituck Club has to offer, (beach trolley/valet, private (heated) and community pools, spa, fitness center, basketball courts, and walking distance to shops and restaurants)!

Currituck Cottage is a beautifully designed home with all hardwood floors (no carpet), new furniture, and appliances. It is perfectly located on the golf course and close to the beach at the prestigious Currituck Club with a private pool (heated) and spa to relax after a day at the beach. Once you arrive, there is really no need to drive while enjoying your vacation. Walk or take the golf cart to restaurants, ice cream shop, Duck Donuts, and Harris Teeter, to name a few.

- Complimentary six seat golf cart.

- Sheets, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and beach towels are provided. Please wash and fold beach towels if you use them.
- Pool heat is an additional $300/week or $50/day for shorter stays.

Guests can use the golf cart, Tiki bar, fitness center, volleyball, shuffleboard, playground, tennis, and pickleball facilities, to name a few. The Currituck Club offers great services for guests, such as Door to Shore and valet.

Trolley - The Currituck Club provides free shuttle services to the beach Memorial Day through Labor Day. There is a trolley stop near or at the cottage. Trolleys run continuously and are a quick option to get to the beach. Trolley service is free.

Door to Shore - Community staff will pick up your beach gear from the cottage and set it up on the beach and break it down at the end of the day and return it to the cottage. Guests will have to call the front desk and reserve this service, for a fee.

Valet - You can bring your beach gear with you and community staff will carry your things for you and set everything up. This service is free and tipping is encouraged.

The beach access has a bath house, snack bar, and golf cart parking.

The Currituck Club has numerous events for residents and guests to enjoy. Guests will be provided with neighborhood activities that occur during their visit.

- Dining room table seats 6, the breakfast table seats 4, and the island seats 2.
- 7 flat screen TVs (5 indoor and 2 outdoor 50" and 75") with Roku, and streaming services.
- Gigabit internet with Wi-Fi.
- One gas grill (SS Weber Spirit S-315). 2 propane tanks on site.
- Fire pit
- Backyard with private pool, 5-person hot tub, 75" outdoor TV, and outdoor Bluetooth speakers.
- We provide a golf cart, 6+ beach chairs, 6x6 beach canopy, 50 quart/84 cans Yeti cooler with wheels and handle for guests, electric pump (inflate/deflate) for inflatables. There are some pool/sand toys and boogie boards. We provide sports equipment for the community facilities.

Take the complimentary golf cart to the beach or cruise around the neighborhood and area. We take pride in providing guests with everything they need to minimize their packing and shopping (trash bags, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, cleaning products, laundry/dishwasher detergent, dryer sheets, sponge) for their trip. The house is equipped with everything you need including beach (chairs, cooler, sand toys, canopy), baby (high chair, pack and play, sippy cups, dishes and flatware), pool (floats, air pump, pool toys), and fitness gear (basketballs, tennis racquets/balls, pickleball, soccer balls, volleyballs). We understand that it is your vacation and we want to make it as painless and comfortable as we possibly can!
