The Space:
Welcome to my beautiful St George home! We are located in Coral Ridge, a new Luxury Resort just minutes north of St George Utah. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, gas fireplace, comfy leather furniture, new comfy pillow-top mattresses, BBQ grill, quality linens, towels, washer/dryer, central air/heat and 50 Mbps high speed internet with WiFi. The living room is equipped with HD cable, flat screen 65” Smart HDTV, Blu-ray player, comfy power recline leather sofas and 2 deco chairs. Dining room has table, seating for 10, additional 4 seats at kitchen bar. The outdoor patio area has a large stainless steel BBQ grill to use for that favorite grilled meal, 2 outdoor tables with umbrellas, and seating 8 for dining or just relaxing and visiting. We didn't forget the kids! There is a junior table that fits 4 kids on the patio too. The master suite has a 55” Smart HDTV and has direct access to walkout to the back patio. Master baths have, soaker tub, showers, double sinks with granite counters. Upstairs bedrooms: 2nd Master- 2 Queen beds, private bath-, double sinks with granite counters, large Sand Mountain viewing balcony with seating for four, 55" Smart HDTV and large walk-in closet. Bedroom 3- 2 Full Sized Beds, extra comfortable memory foam queen sofa sleeper, balcony with seating for two and 55" SMART HDTV. Bedroom 4- The newly updated custom bunk room has 4 twin built-in bunks and 2 double built-in bunks, 55" Smart HDTV and Blu-Ray player.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole home as well as the shared pools and hot tubs.

The Neighborhood:
Check out Tuacahn Live Theater (20 miles) and Sand Hollow ( 9 miles) for golf, boating, fishing. You can also explore and ride the dunes of Sand Mountain. Quail Creek State Park (5 miles) is great for boating, swimming, fishing.

Nearby is the Washington City Recreation Center.

Getting Around:
You will want a vehicle to get around.

Other Things to Note:
Parking is permitted only on the driveway or in designated community stalls. Street parking is not allowed at Coral Ridge Resort and vehicles parked on the street will be towed. This unit does not have trailer parking inside the community—guests with trailers must park outside of the community on the street. Trailer parking is only allowed if the trailer fits entirely on the driveway without any overhang.
