Newly refurbished and newly listed by trusted VRBO Premier Hosts! This spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath house has enough room for everyone to get their own bed. Nestled on a cul-de-sac at the back of a beautiful neighborhood and less than 2 miles from colonial downtown Burlington with gorgeous historic homes and restaurants. Please note, we are a pet free and smoke/vape free property.

Perfect for our multi-generational getaway!

This house was perfect for our multi-generational family getaway. The house is well appointed with everything we could have needed. Large enough that the 12 of us didn't feel like we were tripping over each other. If you are traveling with young children, ask the host about the equipment they have available and save yourself from packing things they provide. They literally have everything you could think of: strollers x3, pack and plays, baby swings, baby gate at stairs, high chairs, boosters, toys, books and games.Outdoor space was perfect for an evening of roasting hotdogs and smores. It was the perfect spot for an easy trip to Cincinnati to see our favorite Cubs play the Reds. Thanks for hosting us--We would definitely return here if we decide to meet up again in the Cincy area.

Great place lots of room

The house was so nice, stocked with supplies and ameneties. Lots of living space for groups, and great bedrooms. Host communicates about the property very well, and answers super promptly if anything occurs. Absolutely great experience! The beds are all veey new and comfy, even for us heavier people. Host has also went avove and beyond to ensure the house can stay cool during the high temps! We come into the area as a group of teachers for 1 week each summer, and we defintley want to book this palce again for next summer!

Great place! Perfect for my husband and I, our daughter and three grandkids. Everyone had their own bedroom and all the beds were very comfortable! It was nice to come back from The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and hiking and just have a nice place to relax where the younger kids could play in the backyard or down in the game room while we grilled supper. Location to where all we wanted to go was good, including grocery stores and we did go out to eat one night. The only drawback was the kitchen was small—but the dinning room was large enough for our group. Great communication with the owner. We would definitely recommend this place to other heading to this area.

Great stay, good communication, and problem resolution

Our family gathered for the purpose of a graduation. The property is great. It's spacious and it was nice that the two living areas allow for a bit of separation when desired.I appreciated the touches such as a selection of small packaged snacks, hygiene items, games, etc. that are available.Our stay illustrated a problem with the Internet that I'm happy to say was addressed promptly by the owner. He had them troubleshooting and a technician out to fix it there by noon the day I reported it. A textbook example of how problems should be handled.The house and furniture was comfortable. All too often I stay at places where the furnishings have comfort as a secondary consideration. Notably it was nice to not be sleeping on the boards that some rentals pass off as mattresses.That's the good. The one bad thing I'd cite is not within the control of the owner - a neighbor that has a rooster. That little woke me up every morning at 6 o'clock or earlier and periodically repeated randomly in the early hours preventing me from getting back to sleep. It was muted through the walls, but if you're a light sleeper it's going to affect you - be prepared.On that subject, the house is near the airport. But don't be too concerned by that, it blends into the background and nobody in our group was bothered by it including myself.

Loved it

We had a great weekend! 3 families 6 adults 6 kids. House was perfect, spacious had all we could ask and more. They went above to provide extra essentials for families with young children. Plenty of toys, pack n plays, high chairs even strollers! Beds were SO COMFORTABLE! Will definitely stay again for a great weekend trip to Cincinnati. Easy quick 20-25 minute drive to everywhere.

I booked this place for my family and friends to stay during a short visit. It was pleased and spacious place. We loved it there. Had easy access to major freeways and tourist attractions.

Convenient location

We visited the Ark Encounter, Cincinnati Zoo and the Creation Museum during our stay in Burlington, Kentucky. The home was clean and well maintained. Good place for families with small children.

The house was adorable. Cleanest i have stayed at. So many simple conveniences the owners made available to us. Perfectly located for our trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Will rent again if we come back this way.

Thanksgiving with family

This house was great for our time with family for Thanksgiving! There were tons of toys and books for the kids, and the pack n plays and high chair were so helpful. The kitchen was lacking a few basic things, like measuring cups/spoons and more than 1 hot pad. We did notice that some of the upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs bedrooms did not heat well and felt very chilly at night. The bath towels were very small and several of the hand towels seemed really old, but worked okay. The house worked great and it was a great place to spend Thanksgiving with family.

I was so pleasantly surprised to see soap, shampoo and even snacks and coffee provided for their guests. I’m so used to having to bring all of that when we rent a property. Home was clean and comfortable. My teen boys loved the arcade game and the downstairs area. The back yard was peaceful and big for kids to run around. Was very close to the creation museum and Cincinnati was only about 30 min away. Had a blast and will stay again.

So cozy!

What a great place to stay in! A couple of friends and I chose to book this place, and we don’t regret it one bit. We made ourselves at home almost instantly, and loved how comfortable each room was! Travis, the host, also made the experience even easier with great communication and fast response time. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Cincinnati or Kentucky again.

Family trip

This trip was to celebrate our Father's 94th birthday. This location worked well for visiting the creation museum and ark encounter as well as playing games and just hanging out. We made great memories, shared old memories and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent all-around!

Excellent location, spacious, well-stocked, and wonderful for families! Travis was easy to communicate with, and made for a smooth check-in and put process. Information was clear and accurate. The home was lovely and well-stocked. Well situated for visits to the Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, and Garden of Hope. Highly recommend, and we would definitely visit again!

Excellent Location and spacious living areas!

We take an annual trip with my husband's family; the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids), his brother (2 adults and 3 kids) and his parents. This house had plenty of room for all of us! It was nice to have a double bed upstairs as the teen boy liked having his own space. Having 3 full bathrooms was great. Each family could have their own so we didn't have to schedule bathroom time when trying to get out for the day. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having 2 living areas so the adults could relax on the main level and the kids hung out in the basement area. We were about 2 miles from Kroger, so it was very convenient to pick up groceries. It's about 25 min from Cincinnati and 30 from the Ark Encounter. We spent Saturday at the Cincinnati Zoon (HIGHLY recommend) and the evening at the Reds game! Sunday afternoon we did the Ark Encounter. We would defiantly stay here again if we ever go back up for a visit!

Family Friendly

First of all, communicating with our host was amazing! He was always prompt in responding and he bent over backwards to take care of us. Very last minute, we needed to swap out some days and he did everything he could to work it all out.. we really appreciated that! This place suited our needs well..a little smaller than we expected, especially the kitchen, but well stocked, homey and accommodating! This place is also child friendly, with baby items and games available as well. We enjoyed our stay as a family in this home!

We were fortunate to stay minutes from the airport to meet family for a lovely-yet extremely cold-weekend of snow tubing at Perfect North Slopes. The house gave us an opportunity to rest, relax, and share meals. It is a great size and afforded us the opportunity for us to be close, but still plenty of room to not be stacked on each other. We will definitely put this on our list to return if the opportunity to visit this area comes around again. Thank you Travis!
