Spectacular

House is beautiful, the views breathtaking, hosts responsive. Conveniently located to major attractions and cities. Has a bottom level bedroom suite and a stair lift to the main living area. My wheelchair bound brother was able to fully enjoy himself. The town Aurora was quaint and lovely. People were very friendly. Highly Recommend.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed the home and family had a great time, Samantha and Scott was always making our trip early on us and Samantha always got right back to us. Thank you Samantha for putting up christmas tree for us, my grandson had a wonder Santa morning. All is great and the view is beautiful, house was very clean. Thanks to both Merry Christmas

Christmas Ski Trip

My boys have always wanted to ski/snowboard. Several people had recommended Perfect North and so I looked for a rental for our group of 7. The house was clean, well stocked with essentials to start our stay, and roomy. The view was nice but I bet it is even better in warmer weather. I would have enjoyed coffee with the view but it was way too cold. Short distance to the slopes. Many yummy restaurants close by. Walking around Lawrenceburg and seeing all of the beautiful decorations gave us many photo opportunities. We had a great time!!

Very nice home with a fantastic view!

This is a very nice home with a fantastic view of the Ohio River. We were traveling with three adult couples and we chose this home as it included three bathrooms. It also had a nice powder room off the living area. The kitchen was well stocked and had quality appliances. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and toilet paper. We appreciated the Welcome Book of information and the candy. The chairlift is nice for those who would need it. The downstairs bedroom is great for anyone with mobility issues. The front deck facing the river was a favorite place for visiting with our friends. We stayed for two nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The area where the house is located is beautiful.

The Riverview Home provided us the luxury of plenty of space and was comfortable and inviting. We were in the area to visit with family and this was an ideal location for us. The decks were the “go to spots”in the evening. Morning coffee was enjoyed on the big front deck watching river activity and some beautiful sunrises. This trip was very relaxing!

Great stay!

This was our first VRBO experience. The chair lift on the stairs was great for my mom. We really enjoyed the front balcony in the mornings and the evenings. The view of the river was excellent! I loved the proximity to the park and went over every morning of our stay to walk and run. The suggestions in the book provided were wonderful! We would stay here again!

Fantastic Views and Great Space for Family Gatherings

This house was perfect for my husband and me plus our two daughters and their families. Enough bedrooms for all and plenty of bathrooms for use, particularly when you have little kids. The kitchen was well- equipped and the outside areas (multiple decks) were great. Not to mention the view of the Ohio River and the hot tub. We would gladly rent this space again if we travel north another time!

Enjoyed our stay. No problems. Appreciate the treats and extra supplies of soaps, shampoo and lotions in bathrooms, dish soap, dish washing liquid, kitchen supplies and seasonings. Coffee maker was bonus and well used! Samantha was very easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for hosting us! Will definitely be back!

What a view!

The view from the front deck is amazing! Watch the river go by! 4 bedrooms and everyone said the beds were comfortable. The house is bright with lots of sunlight coming in. The house shows it's age a bit and could use some new carpeting. We chose this property for the 4 bedrooms. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough seating in the living room for everyone unless you used the uncomfortable, "dining room" like chairs. Overall, the property will work for large families and gatherings for those with average expectations.
