Walk to Sapphire Beach in about 5 minutes, drive or take a safari taxi to the Red Hook area in less than 5 minutes, and find more local beaches, Coki or Linquist Beach, in less than 10 minutes.

Cozy and very functional for up to two people, this tiny living space is the perfect location for your St. Thomas vacation!

This quaint studio condo offers one large room with a king-size bed, a comfortable and large sofa, two bar stools, a TV, a small table with two bohemian-style chairs, and a bathroom with a stand-up shower and toilet.

You can also enjoy sitting outside on your private balcony catching a partial ocean view and a great breeze!

This condo offers a full kitchen stocked with all your cooking basics.

You will have access to the entire studio condo and a private balcony.

There is also a community laundry room that is shared with other residents and guests. The washer cost is $3.50 per wash and the dryer is also $3.50 per dry. We recommend bringing quarters as there is no on-site change dispenser.

The Sapphire House condo is located in a safe and busy area of St. Thomas!

This is a great location if you like to keep busy on vacations. Walk to Sapphire Beach, three restaurants, and less than a five-minute drive to Red Hook! You will also be close to the ferry to St. John and several other beaches.

Secret Harbor Beach - 7-minute drive

Magen's Bay Beach - 20-minute drive

STT Airport - 30-minute drive

St. Thomas is not a walking community, so a vehicle is needed to get to most all locations. Renting a vehicle is truly the best way to explore St. Thomas and this is what we recommend.

If you're uncomfortable driving, no worries, this condo is located in an area where it is easier to find and pick up taxis. You can also easily catch the safari taxis from this location. We also have a great list of trusted drivers that we are happy to share.

1. There is no backup generator at this property. You will not have wifi or electricity when the power is out on the island. There is no guarantee for electricity at this location.

2. This is a condominium unit. You will walk through community halls to reach the front door. Also, please be aware that there are three stair-climbing flights and no elevator.

3. You will share a wall with guests in unit #301. Please be respectful of noise and loud voices.

4. There is only a partial ocean view at this property. The balcony overlooks several parking lots that service surrounding condominium communities and a small soccer field. You will walk through these rocky, unpaved parking lots to get to Sapphire Beach and you can occasionally hear noise from the soccer field.

5. Wi-Fi and TV connections can not be guaranteed. Being on an island can cause spotty or irregular connections. There is no guarantee for Wi-Fi or an internet connection at this location.
