Amazing new/modern condo-Walk to beach, Marina and pools. Red Hook/bars near by!

This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular bar connected to the kitchen, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet/cable TV. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, BVI and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, bar with bar stools, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Very good location close to red hook terminal & safari bus transport!! 2 pools & beach on the property, 3 outstanding restaurants and coffee shop on property. Only issue we had was when the property had power outages for 2 straight nights and the host didn’t provide a fan to help out at night with the humidity & heat nor any compensation!

The apartment is super clean and very nice. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of Sapphire Bay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, a cooler, and flippers. In short, it has everything you need. It's close to everything in Red Hook. It's very easy to register your car and check in. Raleigh is an excellent host and helps you with tips to make your stay easier and more enjoyable.

Sapphire Village has gorgeous views of the beautiful blue/green waters and St. Johns. It is a short walk to Sapphire Beach, which has drinks, food, and music. I recommend trying a Bushwhacker and the fish tacos. It is very easy to get a taxi to Red Hook. The restaurant, Sudi's is very close and they also have great food.

Nice location with plenty of parking. The pool is across from the condo which is very convenient. The condo was clean and close to Sapphire Beach and the ferry to St. John’s . We did have a couple of power outages lasting 2-3 hrs.each time during our stay. There is an extension cord in the unit that you plug outside (since the building has power) but no power strip. It would be nice to have one to be able to charge your phone and a portable fan since it got humid inside. There was a flashlight in the condo which came in very handy.It has a great view of the water but the sliding glass door to the balcony is very hard to open and close. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Overall, a nice, comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved being able to walk to Sudis and Sapphire beach easily. Red Hook was 3-4 minutes by car. We drove, but taxi was easily available within a few minutes after calling. Condo was exactly as described! Would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay, first time in St Thomas! The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. Walking distance to a couple restaurants & the beach. The climb up is a little steep but manageable. Appreciate the beach chairs & snorkel gear. We saw a couple sea turtles. Bed was comfy, the balcony has a great view, everything was clean. The condo was nice, clean, close to Sapphire beach, and driving distance to the strip of restaurants. The one thing I wish we knew was how often the power typically goes out in that area, especially in the condo buildings. The sliding door to the balcony was also very hard to open and close. Otherwise it was a nice stay, great view of the water and was nice to be able to rent the owners vehicle instead of one from the airport.

I absolutely love vacationing in St. Thomas! It's great to have a place to come to relax and enjoy the gorgeous water and white sand beaches. I'm excited to share my newly renovated condo with you!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I really went over the top when renovating this unit! It has all new flooring throughout (even on the patio), granite countertops, backsplash, built in bar by kitchen, two 55 inch flat screens and more. It has high end furniture, bar stools, awesome artwork, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkel gear, and coolers. I am steps from one of the pools and have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is truly the best you'll find! We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and 1/2 mile to Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment!!
