Amazing new/modern condo-Walk to beach, Marina and pools. Red Hook/bars near by!

This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular bar connected to the kitchen, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, marina and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, bar with bar stools, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Always a pleasure staying at one of Raleigh's properties. Having a one-bedroom unit gives you so much more space to enjoy and relax. Sapphire Village is the perfect location for us, with a beautiful beach, great restaurants, and close to Red Hook and the St. John ferry. The bonus of using a car on this trip to explore really made our vacation special. Thank you, Raleigh. We look forward to staying with you again.

The condo was in a great spot; close walk to the beach & restaurants/bars. Stocked with nice beach chairs (not the cheap, beat up, rusty ones we usually see at rentals) snorkel gear, and extra stuff left behind by previous guests, including a beer, spices, and toiletries clean, updated, and great views. The only reason it’s not a 5 is because of the huge rock pile in front of the balcony; not a huge deal, but we weren’t expecting that. We’d definitely stay here again though!

That rock file is from Sapphire Beach resort and it should be removed in the next two weeks!

It was good! Just rent the car - the taxis are not worth it. Very clean. The power went out a few times - but these outages affected the whole island.

Host was great and easy to get in touch with. Short walk to beach. View from balcony was okay but obstructed by hedges. Looked like mold on bedroom ceiling and host said he would address. Very clean.

It actually wasn’t mold on the ceiling. It was some paint on there. I had that repainted so it is gone now. If anyone would like pictures of the view, I can send some. You can see St. John, the BVI, and the marina from the patio. That review doesn’t give it justice!

The location, and place were perfect. Close to the pool, sudi's and sapphire beach and red hook to catch the ferry to st. John. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!

Great location close to Red Hook and Sapphire Beach, I would be afraid to walk to Red Hook though, take a cab.Unit is nice and clean - well appointed with up to date appliances. No dishwasher if you use a lot dishes. Be aware the plates on hand are not microwave safe.All in all a great unit.

Vacation started out fine aside from the host not letting us know that there was a huge pile of dirt and rocks off our balcony. After our third day there the tv in the living room stopped working. He told us a tech guy would be by, after waiting two more days we stopped the house keeper who also could not get it to turn on. Another day went by, still no tech guy so my wife went to the office and within a half hour a tech guy stopped by, and he couldn’t get it to work. The thing that really bothered us is when we were talking to him he mentioned he had never received a call from the owner that we had a problem, go figure.I mentioned, the vacation started well, he sent a very informative email listing good places to dine, links to various tours and all the information you would need to get into the complex and his condo. But leaving us hanging with a broken tv left us with a bad impression of him. One last thing, and this has nothing to do with the host, thought he could have let us know, there are power outages and the last two and a half days the power was out so no cooking and more importantly no air conditioning.

The pile of dirt of from a different property, Sapphire Beach. It will be removed in the next couple weeks. You can still see BVI and St. John from the patio even with the small pile there. Regarding the TV, the office isn't responsible for tech and it crapped out and need a new TV. I wasn't able to get a new TV immediately. There's also no cable so it's just streaming anyway. There's also a TV in the bedroom that was working fine. There were island outages, but the entire property will have back up generators live in 2 weeks so that'll no longer be an issue.

I absolutely love vacationing in St. Thomas! It's great to have a place to come to relax and enjoy the gorgeous water and white sand beaches. I'm excited to share my newly renovated condo with you!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I really went over the top when renovating this unit! It has all new flooring throughout (even on the patio), granite countertops, backsplash, built in bar by kitchen, two 55 inch flat screens and more. It has high end furniture, bar stools, awesome artwork, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkel gear, and coolers. I am steps from one of the pools and have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is truly the best you'll find! We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and 1/2 mile to Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment!!
