Welcome to Mountain Lodge, a relaxing modern chalet with an outdoor, aesthetic fire pit and grill. This home is located in a private gated 4-season community of Big Bass Lake with a variety of amenities (added fee). Surrounded by trees and walking distance from the lake & beach, it's close to many different activities like Kalahari Water Park, Camelback Mountain Resort, Skiing, Hiking. From the lit up fire pit area and grill to game room & TV, enjoy being home even when you're away from home!
The space
There are 2 Bedrooms with one queen bed, one full bed, one twin bed with 2 extra mattresses and a full bath on first floor, 1 Bedroom on the second floor with a king bed and full bath. Unique large windows, a rustic yet modern feel, lounge chairs, reading chair + work desk, a game room packed with things to use, Smart TV, board games, bar table & accessories, renovated kitchen, traditional chimney, lit up fire pit with a grill and spacious seating, large porch, long driveway, and a big front yard.

Please be advised that the community, due to restrictions, does not allow more than 12 guests at anytime at one house. Therefore the guests staying + visiting guests should not exceed 12.

There is a lot of amenities within our 5-star community for use. Outdoor & indoor pool, tennis court, lake side beaches, volleyball court, basketball court, playground, gym, recreation center in the club house at a nominal fees.

Close by to Kalahari Water Park and Skiing/Snow Tubing :)
Other things to note
IMPORTANT INFO:

All people living in the lodge during the stay AND all day guests MUST be informed at least 4/5 days prior to the beginning of your stay (preferably the same time you send back the rental form). This is a community rule and ANY violation of this will result in the guest paying the full fine given by the community (will not be a small fine!). This can easily be avoided by properly filling out the rental contract provided by us upon booking. This information is also in the community’s rental form.

Pets are allowed with a charge of $50/pet. Maximum 2 pets allowed. There is an outdoor Camera installed for security purpose on the left of the entrance door. Please drive slow and safely within the community. The speed is strictly enforced. Roads are narrow and not too well lit as this is to ensure the rustic/cabin feel.
