Great location

The condos are in a great location. Everyone is very friendly and neighborly. 6 miles to the beach and 5 minutes from the golf course.

Great place

Very nice, clean, and great location. The Christmas decorations were a great little addition that we enjoyed! Only suggestion is we wished there was a toaster, to make toast in toaster oven for 4 people took a long time.

Loved location!! Decorations were really great, how ever there was a huge ant problem that should be addressed no food can be left out for any period of time or the ants will come!

Very Comfortable

This property is a very charming condo, the decor is perfect for a beach getaway. The beds are very comfortable, and the place was clean. I used the place for a business trip and found it to be a relaxing home after a long day. The host is responsive and kind, thank you Angie! I definitely recommend this vrbo!

Perfect Beach Getaway for beach and restaurant lovers

My girlfriend and I stayed here to ten days to get away from the winter weather of New England. The location is perfect with grocery stores within walking distance and the most beautiful beaches with parking, bathrooms, rinse off faucets all very close by. Angie is a great host with many nice touches to her clean and well stocked condo. Many nice decorating touches. Would definitely come back again.

Beach Escape

The Beach decor was amazing! It really helped to make our vacation a true Beach Escape. The condo was very clean !! This was probably our best stay at the Shorewalk. A Keurig coffee maker plus an electric tea kettle was so nice to have. So much thought and effort was made to help guests explore the area with brochures and suggestions. Thank you so much for an enjoyable week.

Outstanding property and owner!

Bradenton Beach Escape We had a lovely week at Bradenton Beach Escape and we were honored to be her first guests. It’s an adorable place that was well equipped, walkable to shopping, it was immaculate and the amenities were fabulous. Our host Angie was simply incredible. She responded immediately to any questions we had, offered fabulous suggestions and went above and beyond. One of the best hosts we have ever had. She thought of everything from beach chairs and umbrellas to blenders and even information about the area. We highly recommend this host and place!

Run down

Well decorated but it needs help and should be totally renovated. New appliances, new shower hardware, new flooring, and complete draining pipes. The place flooded.

Review completely inaccurate and false statements. You may view my reviews on the other platform and see for yourself. From the very first day of arrival Pierre and Branda asked me to please change the lanai screen because they saw a small lizard in the lanai. The second request the day of arrival was to change the master bathroom faucet because it didn't match the guest bathroom. I went ahead and immediately changed the faucet and gave them the same faucet as the guest bathroom. The lanai screen of course I did not change because it's completely fine. We're in FLORIDA a lizard in the lanai is common if you open the door and it gets in. As far as being outdated "run down" I completely disagree take a look for yourself on my listing. It simply didn't meet their high expectations. Forward to March 15th Pierre and Brenda called saying they wanted to leave terminate their VRBO contract because there was a leak in the bathroom which I immediately rectified fixed corrected I was there within 20 minutes of the phone call with the maintenance guy. No the property did not flood. It was corrected rectified but Brenda and Pierre were not satisfied they yelled at me said I runied their vacation and wanted their money back. I said everything is fixed but no they insisted they wanted their money back. Since they were not pleased with anything I did or corrected I agreed to refund them $2700 cash. They checked out the following day at 1:00pm and never heard from them until this false not honest review. When I originally spoke with them they told me a very similar identical story that this happened to them at another VRBO property in FLORIDA the year before. Perhaps they forgot they told me this story and the same apparent thing happened at my place not cool, not true. My property did not flood. I would not recommend them to any host unless you can provide Ritz Carlton Accommodations. They night fee with me was $150 for 2bedrooms 2bathrooms Two pools, Two Jacuzzis, Pickleball Courts, Tennis Courts, Billiard Table 10 minutes to Anna Maria Island Florida. Definitely not run down my condominium is not the Ritz Carlton but absolutely beautiful, gorgeous and functional. Truthfully and Honestly, Angie

Bradenton and Anna Maria Island.

The property was fantastic, well kept and a very safe and secure location. The pool and hot tub area was great, the grill and covered seating was also very good. The location only about 15 minutes from Anna Maria Islands fantastic beaches and shops.
