Brand new 2022 home with AMAZING VIEWS of beautiful bear lake, golf course and mountains! Back yard has private pickleball/basketball court, fire pit and playground. Huge deck with dining and outdoor living feel. Two masters bedrooms both with views! 9 beds and 6 baths and two large family rooms to accommodate large gatherings. Ping pong table, foosball table, dining space, extra fridge, 5 tvs, kayaks in garage are just some of the extras this house includes. As well have full access to Ideal Beach resort to all our guests which includes swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, mini golf, playgrounds, beach access, toy rentals, and more.
Perfect location for ATV, side by side, beach going or winter snowmobile and ski trips. Plenty of parking for all guests and toys.

We love this property. We do a family union here with around 18 people, all teens and adults and there is lots of room for everyone. The Ideal Beach access, and the various games and equipment provided with this rental make it for a fun-filled week. The host/owner always responds quickly and is really easy to work with. We've stayed at many places in this area over the past 10 years and this has definitely been our favorite. And yes, the Pickleball court gets used every day.

This Bear Lake home was great for a large group of 25. The kitchen was well stocked and the eating area was superb. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was amazing. The high chairs and pack and play were perfect for our little babies. The games room downstairs with ping pong and other games added a fun dimension to our vacation. A highlight was the pickle ball/basketball court and the children's playground set. The view of the lake and stars at night were captivating. Lots of outdoor fun. The air conditioning worked very well and we were comfortable day and night. The proximity to, and free access of the Ideal Beach Resort (5 minutes away) provided an amazing venue for lake, beach, grass activities and the pool and spa were used every day, all day long! We played mini golf one time for a nominal fee. We created wonderful, lasting memories. The owner responded immediately to answer our questions.

Great reunion spot

We loved our stay here for our family reunion. It fit our 35 guests well. Everyone enjoyed the house and pickleball court. I have it 4 stars because all the kayaks were missing plugs and we had to find ways to make them work on the water. We also were short a lot of towels but the owners were great and sent some over quickly. We really appreciated their quick response and help. Overall it was a great trip.

We enjoyed our stay

Overall we had a great experience. I indicated only 4 stars for checkin because the door lock did not work. But I was able to contact owner and he gave us the code to the garage and got the door repaired the same day. We were there during a very hot day and it seemed the AC was not able to keep up. Things were better the other two days but they were not as hot. So they may to evaluate if the AC unit is large enough for the size of the house.. But again, the owner communicated well and promptly with me. Overall, though, we were pleased with our stay.

GREAT place for a family reunion - would stay here again!

Our family LOVED staying at this house. Perfect for a family reunion for 35 people. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. So nice to have a big kitchen, pantry, fridges, and two tables. We loved having the pickleball court in the backyard. We played on it for hours each day. The view from the deck is impossible to beat. Everything was clean. Thank you!

The home was beautiful, clean, and met our needs nicely. John was very responsive and a great host. We enjoyed having a private pickleball court. The view of the lake is spectacular!

Great spot for family vacation!

This house was great for our family vacation with a group of 37. Kids were between 0-12 and the outdoor activities as well as access to the Ideal Beach Resort were perfect to keep all entertained! The kitchen was well stocked for making meals for large groups! We all enjoyed our vacation to Bear Lake!

We enjoyed this property. Bedrooms & sleeping arrangements were a breeze. We made a lot of use of the basketball court & the young ones enjoyed the playhouse. A fantastic perk was the use of the Ideal Resort Beach! Probably will not book without the amenity again! The host was always available, much appreciated...Thank you!

Spacious and Flexible

What a fabulous stay we had! We loved all the indoor space we had. The teenage boys could stay in the bunk room and play their game consoles on the TV there leaving much of the rest of the house quiet and comfortable for spending time together. Two large tables in the dining area was a huge plus and there was lots of storage space for our food in the pantry plus full sized fridge and freezer with extra fridge/freezer unit in the garage. There were some signs of lower-cost construction (such as small gaps between some floor boards and bathroom towel rack issues) but nothing that impacted our ability to use the space. The game room downstairs added a lot of entertainment options. The pickleball court was a huge plus, though the provided paddles were deteriorating. We had our own paddles, so it worked well. There were only 4 of the advertised six kayaks available but we never used more than 3 anyway. There is some weathering on some of the sports equipment that is kept outside as well -- the Cornhole boards, for example, are starting to fall apart -- but that generally only impacted extras that weren't really that important to us. And four passes to Ideal Beach was extremely helpful. The host was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We will absolutely be staying again next year, and probably additional years beyond that. I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful property for our large 4 generation family reunion. Beds for everyone, spacious common area off the kitchen, highly utilized sports court (pickleball), kids loved the game room. Great view of valley and lake. Access to Ideal Beach Resort was very popular.

Will Book It Again!

It was a wonderful home with fantastic amenities. We had about 30 people there and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. My adult kids were also impressed with it and how perfect it was for our needs.

Family reunion

We had a great time. There was 18 of us and the house was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The view was pretty. The house was clean. The outside amenities were nice. Pickleball net setup needs to be replaced. It’s broken. It’s fine if you aren’t a pickleball player but for those of us that are avid players the net was annoying. I would have brought my portable net. The picture of the green space is deceiving. It’s fine but don’t expect to play games out there. We brought a 9 square game and it took up the whole area and the ball kept going down the hill. Ideal beach wasn’t so ideal. It’s a rocky shoreline by the rocky sand beach and you have to carry your stuff down through the sand and grass area. The sand part of the water didn’t start until you were out further in the water. My recommendation if you are doing a beach day and not using the pool would be to go to North Beach State Park on the Idaho side. It’s worth the 30 min drive. The water is warmer and the beach is Sandy and best of all you can drive right down to the beach/water and not have to haul anything. Rendezvous Beach you also have to haul your stuff Down to the beach just not as far as ideal beach. We had a great time at Bear Lake ! The house was wonderful. Suggestion for homeowner : instructions on how to use the smart oven would be helpful. We had to Google it finally to make sure it was turned off.

Perfect cabin

Our very large family really enjoyed the cabin! It had all the amenities we needed and the basketball court was where we hung out almost every night! Very clean and spacious and the morning views were amazing!

Perfect for all ages

We were very grateful to have the pickel ball court, play area with ping pong table, and games. Everyone had something to do and their own bed. It was perfect for our family of 24 people ages 3 to 70. The paddle boards and canoes were great! Extra refrigerator was great and large pantry to store food. Beautiful view facing east to the lake. We were very happy there for a week. Loved using Ideal Beach!

Great space for a family reunion

We had a wonderful time at this house for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pickleball court in the back was awesome. We spent a lot of time on there! It was also great to have access to Ideal Beach Resort. The roads leading to the location were not paved, but they were fine. Overall, it was an amazing space!

Reunion #2 at Bear Lake

The accommodations were great for our family of 37. The pickle ball court strayed busy as well as basketball. The younger kids loved the arcade games. One of our 6 year old grandsons said “I want to live in this house”. We had a great time and lots of game time in the house. Would do it all again!

Fantastic place perfect for family reunions

This rental was amazing and perfect for our family reunion. It had a lot of amenities that kept us entertained at the house and it had access to the beach and other amenities close by. Great Bear Lake House

We loved staying in this new house. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty to do. The house is well designed and laid out. The pickleball, the fire pit, the spacious eating area and well equipped kitchen-complete with two ovens-made it a great place for our large family. We would love to stay there again.
