Because this concern was only raised after departure, we did not have the opportunity to evaluate the sheets, and it is not possible for us to determine when or how the staining occurred. Our housekeeping team follows a rigorous quality-control process to ensure all linens are thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to each guest’s arrival. Regarding bedding and furnishings, mattress comfort and bed preferences are highly subjective, and while we strive to provide quality accommodations, we understand they may not suit every individual’s preferences. We would also like to clarify that we do not advertise on television, and any references to TV advertising are not associated with our company.
