Beloved classic beach house boasts full-length furnished screened porch with dining table, hammock, rocking chairs, and relaxing views of the tidal canal and saltmarsh.
Additional home features include fixed and floating docks on the canal, well-equipped kitchen, game table nook, spacious covered parking, and basketball hoop. Ground floor bedrooms have internal stairwell access to the main floor.
Guests have nearly direct access to the beach via a short side street and enjoy nearby access to a small boat landing â perfect for launching kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the saltmarsh creek.
