Welcome to Hacienda Dos Palmas! Located in this exclusive area of South Palm Springs, and nestled in the lower canyons of the coveted Araby Commons, this property exudes privacy as you drive through the gate onto the semi circular driveway...

As you walk down the path of lovely greenery and vines and enter in the double doors, an entertainer's oasis awaits. This is the perfect retreat for relaxation or entertaining family and friends. This 3177 sq. ft. home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Upon entering the foyer, there is a large, cozy, step down living area including a fireplace and it is adjacent to the formal dining area with access through the glass sliding door out to the backyard . Enter the kitchen with updated butcher block countertops and breakfast bar open to the second living area which also boasts a fireplace and glass sliding doors engaging the outside mountain views and an adjacent powder room. The grande primary bedroom is the ultimate private escape with a dual-sided fireplace, double vanity and spa-like bathroom, library seating and lounging area. Walk out to the breathtaking backyard and gaze up to the iconic John Lautner Masterpiece aka the Bob and Dolores Hope Home.

The . 45 acre rear grounds hold a salt water pool with sundeck, spa and outdoor shower. It also has a Bocce ball court, and an outdoor gas BBQ grill. The vast multi-purpose grass area can be used for badminton/volleyball, croquet (kids), and a host of activities.

Other amenities include: solar, an electric charging station in the 3 car garage, and LifeSource Water Filtration system.

This property is very close to downtown Palm Springs, Indian Canyons,  PS airport and all the desert has to offer.

The Pool & Spa can be heated for $150 per night. Pets are welcomed at a $125 non-refundable fee, per pet.

Highly Recommend!!

I would recommend this house for any group. The house has something for everyone. We came for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Debby was an amazing host - very thorough overview of the house. The kitchen has all the appliances you could need. The pool is beautiful. Nothing but great things to say! I hope to be back. :)

Our new go-to in Palm Springs!

We absolutely loved this home and the thoughtful amenities - it was perfect for our two families with young toddlers! Each room was well appointed and we could tell that the owners put a lot of thought into each - the beds were all very comfortable, bathrooms equipped hotel-style with shampoo and soap dispensers in-shower and hanging towel racks, and the master suite is HUGE! The kitchen has everything you might need, including plasticware for outdoor dining, serving dishes and even toddler plates and utensils. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for any age, with the Baja shelf in the pool for the younger kiddos and lots of pool toys to keep them entertained. Check in and out was a breeze - the property manager was very responsive and met us in person to let us in and give us the tour. We will definitely be back!

Heaven in Palm Springs!

I could not have found a more dreamy place to book for my 50th birthday getaway with my husband, sister, brother-in-law and a few close friends. From the moment we walked in, I knew it was going to be a magical weekend. The details of the house were stunning, it was beautifully decorated, stocked with anything you could possibly need. The outdoor grounds are beautiful… A perfect size pool, chairs in the water, a gorgeous fire pit with seating, a lovely hottub, beautiful head burners, and an outdoor couch set, and the property is absolutely huge! Bigger than it looked online! We were lucky enough to be able to stay in the master suite and I almost didn’t wanna leave my room every morning. It was a treat to pick fresh oranges and fresh grapefruits in the morning and made delicious mimosas. Debbie’s communication is outstanding and she was wonderful to deal with! I can’t wait to go back to this dreamy spot next year! I highly recommend you book this house if you are looking for a luxury getaway.

Wonderful family vacation

We held a small family reunion here, and couldn't have had a better time. Everything in the house was so clean and well-organized, the kitchen was big and easy to cook in, and the kids had a ton of fun playing in the pool and spa all day. Even in December, the heated pool was very comfortable to swim in. The property is conveniently located, close to stores where we could easily pick up groceries and other necessities. And the property manager was really responsive and easy to communicate with. We'd love to come back soon!

Well Stocked, Great Location, and Clean

We had a great time in PS, Debby checked us in and the communication was easy and she was available if needed. The property was the most well stocked rental i've ever stayed in, from kitchen and cleaning supplies to a large pool and outdoor toy box. Everything in the property was labeled and easy. The layout was perfect for our group, GIANT master bedroom, 2 other king rooms well sized and a bedroom with 2 twins for the kids. Thanks for a great stay.
