The space
Playa Del Happy is here for your relaxing and fun vacation. Has everything you need to spend a few nights or weeks! This area is mostly private vacation homes in a lazy beach area on the south end of Lincoln City. Each master suite has enough space to put your items in and full of the needed amenities for a little pampering. The living spaces are many. You can relax downstairs in the living room by the fire, or cuddle up on the deck with a hot bev. Maybe you'd prefer to sit upstairs in the bay windowed bonus room and crack crab, watch a movie and see the sunset all at the same time.

Besides Netflix, Hulu and Peacock via Roku, sign on to your favorite channels. Or if you prefer - go old school - over 200 vhs movies on the vcr you can watch on a stormy night. You'll be stunned what fun old movies are there for your enjoyment.

Lots of games to play, views to see, walks to have and memories to make.
Guest access:
This is a self check in location. If housekeeping is in your favor, there are chances you can check in early and out late. That is a perk try to offer when available. Who wants to wait around to check in!

Sorry no pets, no smoking and no parties/events at property.

The garage has two bays for vehicles and you can park two more outside on the driveway. Lincoln City is very strict. Four cars maximum.

You can easily drive or walk most everywhere.
4 minute drive to Outlet stores.
5 minute drive to Salishan Lodge and golf course.
8 minute drive to Depoy Bay
20 minute drive to Newport

Other things to note
A few items.

Maximum of 5 guests. No pets. Two video cams are on the property outside living spaces to ensure the safety while empty. One is at the exterior upstairs entrance door. And one is located in garage facing entrance to home. If you have any concerns, please let Host know.

Laundry room is only available if staying five days or longer.

Additional bedding supplies and throw blankets are washed each time and are either in plastic bags or tied with a string to relay they are untouched and please use only if needed. This saves washing if not needed and our environment.

Owners/hosts are happy to answer any questions during booking, post booking, pre-stay, during stay and after stay. Our goal is for our guests to enjoy their much needed vacation time. Cheers!
