Located on a Point off the southern shoreline on Lanana Creek. Inside the home a a large living-room with vaulted ceiling and lots of window views to the lake from inside. The Remodeled Kitchen has plenty of counter space and dining area for a family get to gather. The first floor has 3-bedrooms, a Master Bedroom with large bathroom and walk-in tile shower, the North side bedroom has a good view of the lake and the hall bathroom in recently remodeled. Up-stairs there is 2-bedrooms and one bath. Both bedrooms have lake views and a terrace to view the lake. There is also a bonus Loft at the top of stairs with daybed.

In the yard, there is ample parking with a turn around driveway, two car carport 24×40 carport large enough to leave two boats and vehicles hooked up. On the side of the house is a Sitting area with recessed lighting, outdoor TV, BBQ Pit and outdoor seating. The yard has a Burn Pit, Pier, Boathouse and plenty of shoreline to fish from without leaving the bank. The back porch has a sitting area and a fenced in area that is great to keep small children secure.

Camp Boogie will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Camp Boogie is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking Camp Boogie are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
