Townhome Sleeps 8 - Amenities Pass Included, .7m to the Beach

Beautiful recently updated townhome in the Wyndham gated area at Edisto Beach! Edisto is a hidden gem, escape from the crowds and traffic and come enjoy our 1500 sq foot family friendly end unit - 2 bedrooms each with King Beds and Full Bathrooms & a bedroom with a twin over full bunk & trundle. TV's in all bedrooms and large living/dining area for your family to enjoy!

All three bedrooms are on the second floor. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the main floor downstairs. All sheets and towels are provided we just ask that you bring your own beach towels. We provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, bath essentials and laundry/dishwasher detergent. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking essentials and a Keurig coffee maker that offers single cup or a full pot of coffee. There is one small grocery store on the island that should have what you need but keep that in mind when packing as the closest Wal-Mart or Target is an hour away.

This unit is a very short walkable to the pool, putt putt course, playground and Water's Edge Cafe (ice cream, coffee, snacks, etc).

Amenities Pass is included with the rental of the unit which is valued at over $275! This pass gives you access to 3 pools, putt putt, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts & beach front pavilion (18 hole golf course is available but the cost is not included in the rental).

Egrets Pointe Townhomes are quiet and peaceful overlooking a lovely lagoon. There is a marina, boat ramp and waterfront restaurants all within a short walking/bike ride distance.

This unit is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort: No boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's or golf carts are allowed inside of the resort.

**Please note you may see comments in our reviews regarding the use of our personal golf cart. We are no longer able to offer this amenity and the Wyndham community does not allow rented golf carts**

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the proximity to the resort amenities is a game changer when you have small children! Lindsey is a wonderful host and communication was very easy. We would love to stay again!

Great Location

We loved this house, it was very clean and the hosts were excellent with communication. The best thing about this house is its proximity to the pool, it is right in front of the pool area so it was easy to go from the beach to the pool, playground, and mini golf. We love Edisto and we would definitely book this location again!

The property fit our needs for a family trip to the beach. Everything, from check-in to check-out went well. The entire family agreed it would be a great place to come back to in the future!

The home was very clean and was very spacious. My only suggestion is that you will need bug spray. Mosquitoes are bad all summer long.

Great location & amenities

This unit is located directly behind the coffee shop and putt putt golf course. The townhome had everything we needed for a family trip and close to the beach. The host was very responsive as well. Highly recommend this for a family vacation at Edisto.

Great family vacation spot

This was the perfect getaway! Great location right next to a pool, playground, and mini golf. Everything needed for a fun family trip was either a short walk or quick drive away. We are already considering future stays!

Beautiful property, great vacation!

From reserving our stay to checkout, communicating with Lindsay and Brad was easy, responsive, and full of information. The townhouse is all we could have wanted, and the community was quiet and relaxing. Everything was so clean, even a few necessities were left in the refrigerator. Having the grille and a washer/dryer in unit were wonderful extras! The only thing we missed was an alligator sighting. Will look harder on our next visit!! 😉 Big thanks to our wonderful hosts. Highly recommend 476 Sea Cloud!!

Beautiful home with lots of features and great location. Golf cart and amenities pass were the icing on the cake. Home was clean and spacious for our family. Enjoyed having the pond out the living room and master bedroom window. Can’t say enough good things!

Spring Break Getaway

We had a great stay on Edisto. We loved taking advantage of all the amenities that came with the house, especially the golf cart. We learned to play pickle ball! A couple of close beaches to choose from just a cart ride away, great shelling. The house had everything we needed! Perfect for a family with teens.

Spring Getaway

Town home was clean and well equipped. Made dinner most nights and kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. Very quiet. Played pickle ball on court close by and cart was handy to use to go to the beach. Nice that the beach has many public entrances. Have to pay attention when restaurants are open as they are closed on different days of the week. Enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing.

Just Perfect!!!

We had a wonderful stay here. As soon as we walked in I could smell how clean it was. This rental literally has EVERYTHING you could think of. The best equipped rental we've ever stayed at. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and cookware!!! It was us and our married daughter and her family plus our youngest and a friend. Plenty of things for the teenagers to do and the adults. Close to everything on the island. Our 1 year old grandson loved riding on the golf cart. Thank you for a wonderful place!!

Perfect vacation!

My husband and I stayed here with 6 kids, ages 11-18. The resort was lovely- well-landscaped and beautiful everywhere! Not too hot or buggy in late March! The condo was in a perfect location for our kids- a short walk to the pool/mini golf/playground/cafe. We loved the end unit and side yard, and enjoyed many mornings jogging through the complex, looking for deer and gators, playing tennis and swimming in the pools (the enclosed one was further away but worth the drive for some warmer water). We loved using the golf cart to get to the beach and around the island to sunsets and various restaurants and shops. We hiked at the state park and explored Botany Bay, went into Charleston for a day, and enjoyed quality family time in the unit. It had everything we needed and more. We cooked most of our meals using Food Lion groceries- they had everything we needed. The beds and couches were comfy, everything was clean and functional. Owners provided great instructions and were responsive when we had questions. The island was quaint and quiet, and we very much enjoyed the beaches (even the cold water didn't stop the kids from playing in the surf). We will definitely be back, and could not recommend this place more. It was perfect!

Thanksgiving reprieve

Really great. Bathroom situation upstairs is a little different since there are 3 bedrooms and each of the bathrooms are in one of the other two bedrooms, which means those staying in 3rd bedroom must either go through one of the bedrooms or come downstairs which is only a powder room. We made do and I realize the third bedroom is set up for kids so in that situation it probably is not all that important but we had 5 adults which made it a little awkward at times, especially at night when sleeping. Owner was very informative and has the property decorated very nicely.

Great Fall Getaway

My family has been vacationing at Edisto for many years. This townhouse was the perfect place for a short fall trip. The bed was super comfy - everything was updated and clean. The view of the pond and fountain from the living room was really pretty. The use of a golf cart was a fantastic perk. Although we did not use the amenities pass, it was great to have access to the pool if we had wanted. Communication with the host was outstanding. We will definitely stay again in the future if is available when we travel back to the beach.
