You will love this private, permitted vacation home (located on Big Island of Hawaii in Kailua-Kona) with a large crystal blue pool, beautiful 180 ocean views, hot tub, 4 large bedrooms (King beds) each has a full bath situated around the pool. Bonus basement (second living room) with two futon beds and a murphy full size bed.

Living room w/ comfortable tropical furniture is open to the kitchen with 2 large islands and fully equipped for many cooks. Kitchen has door to secluded backyard with hot tub and grill and pool lanai with 180 ocean view. WIFI, TV's & ceiling fans in all bedrooms & living room. Utility room with washer, dryer.

Safe, serene family-friendly neighborhood. The house is situated in an very quiet, upscale, neighborhood close to the Walua trail - 3 mile jogging/walking trail (no tourist traffic or noise). The backyard is private, level and good for games. Room for 1 car in garage, at least 5 cars on off-street parking.

Situate only 2 miles to Keauhou shopping center (a Farmers Market every Sat morning), Kona Golf Course and Magic Sands Beach . Kona Town is 10 minutes away. Costco is 20 min, Safeway is 7 min, airport is 15 min.

Further Description:

1) The large master bedroom on the main level, features a comfortable king bed, rattan tropical furniture, jetted tub, skylight and double person shower with view to the secluded backyard . This bedroom has 2 sliding glass doors to pool lanai and door to backyard.
2) Three identical large bedrooms are also on main level, all with king size comfortable beds and their own full bathrooms. They are also situated around the pool and lanai with a slider and door each, which gives you total seclusion. All come equipped ceiling fans, tv and 5G HIGH speed WIFI.
3) You are supplied linens, towels and beach towels. Soaps, toilet paper and paper towels are supplied to get you started. We also supply beach chairs, cooler, mats, pool toys. There are hair dryers in every bathroom.
4) The large kitchen features two islands, skylight, ceiling fan and is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. There is a gas BBQ in back yard on lanai with dinning table and chairs. The sunken living room, which faces the private backyard features cathedral ceilings, bamboo furniture, TV, and a fountain in entry. There is a door from kitchen to hallway accessing the pool lanai, but there is no closable door from pool lanai (outside) to hallway which gives you that very open feeling- the Hawaiian way.
5) The secluded back yard has an private outdoor shower and 6-person hot tub. The back yard is large enough for outdoor games and patio for barbecuing.
6) There is a large utility room with washer and dryer and extra refrigerator.
7) There is plenty of parking, enough for at least 6 cars.

Why We’re Awesome?

1) Keauhou Bay offers early morning kayaking every Mon, Wed and Fri. Often you can swim with the dolphins, and see whales 20' away.
2) Tropical breezes, with fragrant smells float through the air and you can often smell Kona coffee roasting in nearby orchards.
3) Wake up to the birds chirping outside your window and the heavenly tropical smells wafting through the air.

Good Neighbor Policy:

(a) Quiet hours shall be from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
(b) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

Housekeeping Items:

1) The house has a very 'open layout concept', and if you leave dirty dishes and food lying around, we will not be responsible if it attracts mice, mongoose, birds and rats.. The house is regularly bombed and pest sprayed. If your practice is 'clean' and 'tidy' you will not have any problems. The open concept allows the occasional native critters (like gecko) to pay guests a visit. This property may not be for you if you are afraid of our native friends.

2) There are no AC except in the bonus room in the basement. The house is situated on higher elevations - open the slider doors for cool ocean breeze to flow through the bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the living room and the four bedrooms around the pool.

3) There is NO fence around the pool. Please do not leave toddlers and kids unsupervised.

4) For security and liability purposes, we do have exterior cameras (pool/hot tub, external grounds). We do not hide their positions and they are in very visible locations.

5) We will send you a house rules/short term rental contract to sign prior to providing check-in instructions. Please have all adults of your party read and sign the form!

6) Complementary supplies: Guests are provided 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 2 rolls of paper towel, some laundry soap/shampoo to get your vacation started. It is your responsibility to provide yourselves with these items when the complimentary supplies we provide are depleted.

7) In order to get accurate pricing, please enter the correct number of adults and children. There is an additional cost of $35/per person/night beyond 8 guests.
