Experience the best of country living! This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom fully furnished apartment is located on a 20-acre homestead. Wake up to farm fresh eggs and spend your day exploring the pine forest. Indulge in some retro arcade games or enjoy some quiet time on the porch. Come experience the serenity of country living! The rental is on our 20 acre homestead, above our attached garage. Its a fully equipped apartment.

The Evergreen Retreat is surrounded by acres and acres of forest. Our property has 20 acres.
The Evergreen Retreat has a separate entrance (the unit is upstairs above our workshop- with separate utilities, entrance, etc ). There is plenty of parking space near the entrance as the drive way loops around the property.
As hosts, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that it has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!
Rules:
*Dogs are allowed, but you must inquire about bringing them first. We do have a clean up fee of $20/day/dog I can add to your reservation. Rabies vaccinations are required and paperwork from the vet needs to be added.
*Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A $30 charge will be added for every extra guest.
*Shoes are not allowed to be worn inside the home. Please take them off before you enter the house. Sorry we have lots of sand around the property and it's hard to get out of the carpets.
*Youâre not allowed to smoke inside the home. There is an ashtray out on the porch.
*Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 10AM. If you need a little extra time before your check out, please contact me before your check out time, I may be able to give you some extra time.
*Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up in the front of the house by the porch/patio table. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required.
*Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guestsâ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables
*If guests are found to have had a party, it WILL result in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
*Lastly, because this is a rental not a hotel, and is also part of my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
