Cette maison spacieuse dispose d'un emplacement idĂ©al dans un vieux village de style Nouvelle-Angleterre, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la plage et a beaucoup d'intimitĂ©. Il a des tonnes de fenĂȘtres pour une grande sensation et coucher du soleil, des vues ouvertes sur un pĂąturage avec un moulin Ă  vent. Chaque chambre peut accueillir 2 personnes. Le sous-sol a une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse pour votre commoditĂ©. Douche chaude et froide Ă  l'extĂ©rieur pour quand vous revenez de la plage. Courte promenade Ă  la ferme dans la rue, qui vendent des produits frais. vignoble local 3 miles avec des visites quotidiennes.

Le niveau principal a un plan d'étage ouvert, un salon / salle de séjour et sols stratifiés se prolongeant dans la cuisine, qui est équipée de tous les appareils, beaucoup d'armoires et une ßle de la péninsule séparant cette zone de la salle à manger.

We had a great week. Noel was a great host and communicated well with us when we had questions regarding the property. The house was very nice, beds were comfortable. The room air conditioner kept the home cool and comfortable during our stay. South Shore beach was great and very close to the property.

This is a well located property, can walk to the beach. Very comfortable. Appliances good. A downside is the upstairs bathroom is very small. Also on a relatively busy road. Overall a wonderful vacation house.

Peaceful, spacious, clean, perfect!

This beautiful home was a perfect place for a restful week in an oceanside community. Lots of great restaurants, hikes, quiet beaches, and other activities are all a short drive away. The house was clean and spacious for a group of four adults. The house provided spaces where we could have privacy as well as spaces to hang out together. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly when we had a few questions. We look forward to staying here again!

Nice spot!

This was a good location and the house had a good amount of space. We enjoyed an easy 10-min walk to the beach in the mornings to get smoothies, there were other refreshments as well. The location is a bit rural but there were restaurants and convenience stores within a 10-min drive to get provisions and memorable meals. The house has window units which concerned me at first because we were in the summer heatwave, however the house stayed cool and comfortable. Noel was a reliable host and very responsive.

Going Home

We used to live in Little Compton and were super excited to return. I didn't realize when booking linens weren't included. It's difficult to fly with sheets and towels. We were able to borrow some from friends still living in town. To be fair to tde owne, he did say he would supply some with notice. The bed was was too hard for us. It made our hips hurt. The location was fabulous - quick walk to the beach and the property was clean which is important to us. There were only three of us. It would be a better value for a big family.

Perfect Beach House!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home and the proximity to the beach (less than 1/2 mile walk). The home was perfect and very comfortable with great decks and a wonderful yard. Noel was quick/helpful to respond to any questions. Highly recommend

Beautiful home

There were six of us that stayed in this home. The beds were comfortable and came with linens. Was a very short drive to the local beach. The yard was nice for my two little dogs to run around. I would highly recommend this home.

Very comfortable rental

We have been visiting LC for over 45 years, renting many different homes. This house has been among the best. Very clean, ready for visitors and in a good, convenient location, road leading to the beach. Could use better reading lighting in living room and bedroom. We used only the bedroom on the ground floor. No complaints at all. We are a senior couple and took out most meals. There is a gas grill on the deck (great decks that our grandson loved when he came down for a day), needed replacement or a good cleaning. Other than that our stay was great! You will not be disappointed. Clearly, the house was too large for a couple alone, but the price put it in our budget. PS. If you happen to find a pair of kids sandals (7 yr old) on the upper deck or near the outside shower, they belong to our Eli! We will be back. PS: If property owners have any leverage over beach commission folks, there needs to be some awareness that older (and younger) people take risks climbing down from the parking area on to the beach. Not very hospitable, but obviously intentional, been so for many years. Wouldn't take much effort to put some type of ramp every 20 feet. Won't get into the porta johns. $15.00/20.00 fee should provide more comfort.

The Perfect Vacation

Being so close to my favorite beach made this spectacular. Couldn't have gotten better weather and made it to the beach every day. The home was perfect, clean, spacious with plenty of room, outside deck I enjoyed every morning having coffee and reading. It was a quiet neighborhood and I found this vacation very relaxing. Sure hope I get the chance to rent this house for my next summer vacation.

Great location, great space for extended family time

We thoroughly enjoyed the house in Little Compton, it was the right size and space for infants to 60+ yr olds. The backyard was great for the kids to enjoy play time, and the adults to have a fire in the firepit at night while cooking smores for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped. We love the town, the beach, and outdoor activities. There are not many dining out options, so plan on cooking in, or you just have to travel a bit to find good restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay, quiet, clean home.

We had a great time, home was quiet, clean. Nice outside deck to socialize and plenty of room inside to gather. Nice yard for the grandkids to get in some running time. Within 45 minutes we could be in Providence, New Port or New Bedford. Great place if you want to get out of the city and noise.

Perfect for the Different Generations!

Once again this comfortable Home did not disappoint! We have rented this Home over the different seasons & years and we have Always enjoyed being here! Now, we are welcoming another generation and this Home still accommodates us wonderfully! Our two year old Grandson and his Parents joined us and it worked perfectly! The downstairs is great to keep an eye on an inquisitive toddler yet you can still be a part of the adult conversation with the openness of the rooms! Also with the full bathroom and bedroom downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, each family has its own separate space. The Backyard is terrific for young and old alike as is the wonderful deck. Should you want to head to South Shore Beach, you are not too far away. You are also not too far away from the center of Little Compton, as well. The Owner is very accommodating and responsive to all questions and concerns and he keeps his Home Clean, Functioning and Updated. We hope to enjoy many family times at this most comfortable Home! Thank You!

Great House and Location

This was a wonderful vacation rental for us. The house is exactly as described and pictured on the website, and was perfectly clean and well-kept. Lots of nice amenities (dishwasher, laundry, air conditioning), an open floor plan on the ground floor, plenty of deck space and a nice big yard. Our week there happened to be a hot and humid one, and this was the place to be. The upper decks were nice and comfortable for enjoying the outdoors. The A/C was more than sufficient when we were inside to keep the house cool. Another great aspect was that the beach was a walk away (10-15 minutes walk)! The parking lot filled quickly on those hot days and it was so great to be able to head to the beach at our own convenience, without having to worry about parking issues. The owner was very responsive when I asked questions via email in advance of our trip. We look forward to staying there in the future!

Great vacation rental, owner is incredibly easy to work with

I rented this house for an in between # of days and while most owners would stop you there this property was helpful in negotiating a rate. House was spacious, clean, and great for a few couples looking for a vacation home base. like others have said in reviews, it's incredibly close to the beach and a nice farmers market, other than that you need to take a short ride to nearby towns. The local roads are beautiful and well worth bringing a bike to cruise around. I'd absolutely recommend renting this place and will likely return with my family.

Close to the beach, exactly how pictured

This house was exactly as advertised. Lots of room, spacious backyard and wonderful porch with grill. Its a nice 15 minute walk to the beach (or an even shorter drive). The town itself is very small and there aren't a lot of restaurants, but this house had everything to cook and grill at home.

Great Location

This house is in a perfect location! Short walk to the beach and short bike ride or drive to the town center. Great communication with the owner! House was very clean with plenty of room and has a wonderful multi level deck out the backyard to enjoy.
