The House on Zion is a single-level home with family friendly features including a smart tv, games, and toys. The sunroom full of windows allows for basking in the sun but protects from the elements - there is even a heater to provide some extra warmth! Decorated with beautifully restored furniture pieces throughout the home, the neutral theme with pops of color and pattern create a clean and refreshing ambiance. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need for meals enjoyed with friends or family. The home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the freeway to explore all that the city and valley have to offer (approximately 3.5 miles from the freeway). Guests will have access to the full house and a fully fenced backyard, however the 2 car garage and coat closet are off limits and locked for owner's use only.

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. This is a pet friendly home up to 2 pets. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged.
