Great option

We enjoyed the stay. The unit was lovely with a fully stocked kitchen. A garage to park in during the heat was a nice bonus. Central location close to everything was great as well.

Great Spot for a Quick Getaway

This was a perfect spot and location for a quick getaway with my wife as we checked out the greater Boise/Nampa area. Felt very much "at-home" the moment we walked in. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Trip to finish 50 states.

We are traveling from Vancouver Washington to Indiana to finish our 50 states. This was a wonderful place to rest regroup catch up the laundry. Very comfortable.

Newer Home and Good Location

Enjoyed our brief stay (3 days). Property was neat and clean. Homeowner (Andy) was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Would recommend renting to anyone meeting the owners criteria and requirements.

The home is in one of the new development areas. It is very clean and comfortable. Safe and quiet area. Communication with the host was easy. Very responsive if contacted by cell. Would definitely stay again during future visits.

Perfect for our needs

My sister and I stayed three nights for a family event. The condo is located near the freeway and was central to everything we needed. Condo was new, clean and well stocked. Use of one-car garage was a plus. There is no yard, but I did enjoy sitting on the patio and reading. The area is quiet and a nice neighborhood. Lots of walkers. The one thing to know is there are 16 stairs up to the bedrooms. Not a problem for us, but could be challenging for some. The bedrooms were good size and each had their own full bathroom and walk in closet. Very nice.We will stay again if in the area.

Beautiful, clean and Quiet.

The area is amazingly quiet and full of shopping and restaurants, close to the highway that leads to downtown Boise. We love to cook and eat at home, this place had all the amenities that a family needs. We really enjoyed our stay immensely. Only advice is to be careful on the stairs as the rig can be a little slippery without shoes or socks on. Still a 5X all around.

Nice location.

All you need is here. We didn’t cook much here but had everything we needed if we’d have decided to. The bed in the main bedroom had a human sized dent though. My husband fit in there quite nicely though. Lol

Convenient

This location is very close to the Idaho Ford Center so attending any events there is very handy. It is well situated to all main thoroughfares and in a clean safe neighborhood. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable! The kitchen is large and well appointed; except it could use a pair of scissors; the only drawback to this little condo is that the Living Room area is quite small due to the Futon Couch cutting the space in half from the Dining area. Good for two couples, but if three wanted to stay it could be a bit crowded.

The condo was extremely cold downstairs. The little electric fireplace did not put out enough heat. We ended up wearing our jackets inside. I might use again but only in the summer when it is not that cold.

Stupidity on our part!

Very clean, great location, nice neighborhood, furnishings are comfortable, the ONLY negative part was stupidity on our part. Right when we were going to bed, we decided to put a load of laundry in. Well the washer and dryer are located upstairs next to the master bedroom. Not very smart on our part because the washer wasn’t the quietest washer we’ve ever seen, I mean heard. We got some laughs out of it. Anyway, the place is SUPER clean and we loved the neighborhood.

There was a glitch in the app so the message from the Host about check-in didn't come through to me. So, even though not their fault, the Host responded quickly and the issue was resolved. The condo was clean and everything we needed was there. The coffee maker was a plus bc you could use pods or loose grinds.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I bought this townhome because I think it is in a great location for guests who are traveling to visit friends/family or for business trips. I love how close it is to all of the essentials! I think this is a well-built townhome with lots of nice features. I really like the fact that it backs up to a brand new, nice residential subdivision.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home is unique because it has two master suites each with master baths upstairs and a first floor that is perfect for social time including a half guest bath. It's also in a great/convenient N. Nampa location.
