Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you had a pleasant stay. We’d like to clarify a few details for you and future guests. Clean towels are set out in the bedrooms, and any towels left in the dryer are spares that our cleaners couldn’t put away before the cycle finished. A sign by the dryer also explains where to place this clean laundry if you need to use the machines. We do provide laundry soap and everything you need to do laundry. A clean bath mat hangs on the shower door handle, ready to be placed on the floor, and we’ll add a small note there so its purpose is easier to spot. We provide whole bean gourmet coffee, a grinder, a drip coffee maker with filters, and a French press, and we think it makes for a great cup. Our cleaners can’t always wait for the dishwasher cycle to finish (same with laundry), so clean dishes are sometimes still inside. We ask guests to start a cycle before checkout so they can be put away. We appreciate the suggestions and hope to host you again.
