Natural-light filled home perfect to work remote or relax after adventures
This well-furnished home in Whitefish is deceptively spacious, and a comfortable place for a larger family to make its home base. Plenty of space for games with multiple windows providing natural light, or pull the black-out curtains and relax in front of the large TV after a long day of skiing or hiking. (The Whitefish Mountain Resort ski bus picks up and drops off three blocks away, and the area is filled with lakes and hiking, including Glacier National Park.) Large fenced yard with a dog door in the back storm door makes this the perfect place for someone with a dog. Note: The smaller bathroom has a small shower space. Please check out the photos.
The property was as advertised. Great backyard for my dog's. Close to downtown and golf course. Very clean and functional. I really enjoyed my stay.
Thank you
Great, friendly neighborhood within walking distance to downtown.
Would stay here again in an instance! John and Christine were super friendly to communicate with. We were so fortunate to find their place that excepted our pets and it was available for an extended stay. Everything was just right!
We live most of the time in Austin, Texas, but we fell in love with Whitefish, Montana a few years ago. We love to hike, kayak, ski, go to the theatre and concerts, spend time with family, play with our dogs, and spend time outdoors. We like sharing our comfortable Montana home with others who are excited to be in this wonderful place.
We fell in love with Whitefish our first trip here! Skiing and snowmobiling in the winter, and hiking, biking, kyaking, rafting, and fishing in the summer and fall. You can find a wide variety of outdoor activities here. We also love to walk downtown to enjoy a nice dinner and glass of wine--and maybe a little live music or the farmer's market on Tuesdays on the square, depending on the time of year. And if you like art, there are a couple of art galleries, and two live theatres within walking distance as well.
Our house has a great fenced in backyard, and a dog door in the back screen door. It's walkable to downtown Whitefish, and the natural light throughout is hard to beat. (We also have black out curtains in all of the bedrooms and in the family room for the long summer days.)
