This 4BR/4BA, three-story home boasts plenty of living space and Gulf views throughout and is just two houses down from the boardwalk that leads to the beach. Resort-style amenities in this neighborhood also include two sparkling shared pools. Professionally decorated, the stylish floor plan features hardwood floors, exquisite granite countertops, and high ceilings. Enjoy beautiful Gulf vistas from all four outdoor spaces and three of the bedrooms. *Must be able to walk upstairs, no elevator* The ground-floor suite offers added privacy with a separate entrance, a bunk room (BR1) with two sets of custom-built Twin over Twin bunk beds and a luggage rack. The bathroom is comprised of a vanity and a large tile and pebble shower with a glass door. The living area offers comfy seating with an armchair and plush sectional, which also converts to a queen sleeper. Affectionately known as the Flying Cloud Bar, this space includes a 60” TV, bar seating for two, and a wet bar with a fridge and sink.
On the second floor, you'll find even more space to entertain in the second living area, complete with a sectional sofa, armchair, and 50” TV. Take your morning coffee out onto the balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. Detailed with gleaming granite countertops and a full suite of appliances, the well-appointed kitchen offers plenty of space to prep meals and comes equipped with dishes, a regular drip coffee maker, basic pots, pans and utensils. The double sink is surrounded by a wall of windows. Sit down to dine at the large table with seating for eight, and four stools at the breakfast bar. The laundry room sits off of the kitchen area. Make use of the full-size washer, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board during your stay. High ceilings soar in the second-floor master suite (BR2), which features a King bed, 50” TV, luggage rack, nightstands, chest for your beach attire, desk for working from home, private balcony, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower with glass door and soaking tub.
On the third floor, two more bedrooms each offer direct access to the upper balcony with seating and sweeping Gulf views. The third bedroom (BR3) contains two Twin beds, each with trundles and a 42” TV, nightstands, closet and access to the balcony. The fourth bedroom (BR4) is appointed with a Queen bed, matching chair, nightstands, closet, 36” TV, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower with a bench. A guest hallway bathroom on this floor is configured with a vanity and a walk-in shower with a bench.
The large deck off the living area provides four Adirondack chairs and side tables with partial Gulf views. On the ground floor, you'll also find a convenient outdoor shower. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS As part of the community at Royal Sands, you'll enjoy luxurious resort-style amenities, including two shared year-round pools and a private boardwalk to the beach. In-home amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix access with your own account*, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars in the driveway. Spend sun-soaked days relaxing on the beach, swimming, and building sandcastles. 0.2 mile walk to the beach by way of the boardwalk, 3.5 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife, 5.3 miles to the Marina for fishing and dolphin charters. For miles of shoreline and wide, sandy beaches, make your way down to Mustang Island State Park.
