On the first floor of this elegant home is a guest bedroom with a king bed, a 50” Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. A hallway door opens to a screened porch with a dining table and a covered patio with a 65” Smart TV and cushioned wicker chairs. Guests can stretch out in the sun on a chaise lounge chair or take a refreshing dip in the pool.

Pale wood floors, white shiplap walls, and elegant furnishings in the open living, dining, and kitchen space on the second floor create a soothing environment for guests. French doors from the living area open to a covered porch with views of the neighborhood and the Gulf. In the living area, a sectional sofa and 2 armchairs face a 75” Smart TV. A dining table seats 7 and enjoys beautiful views of Seagrove Beach.
