The space
Ideally located 15 minutes from Les Aresquiers beach, between Montpellier (14 km) and Sète (17 km), you will enjoy a modern and warm space that can accommodate up to 8 people.

On the ground floor you will find a large 56 m² living room with its open kitchen, a central island, the dining area and the living room with a library including a 56-inch TV. Finally, a master suite of 23m² with dressing room and private bathroom promises privacy and comfort.

Upstairs, a spacious bathroom (double vanity, bathtub, Italian shower) and three large bedrooms of 13m² with quality bedding complete the sleeping area.

Outside a beautiful wooden terrace with a dining table and a summer kitchen await you to enjoy the beautiful days.
At the back of the garden, our oasis of relaxation with a swimming pool and massage jets, an outdoor lounge and 2 beds on a wooden terrace will invite you to bask in the sun.
Finally, you will also find a play area for the little ones.
Guest access
Self check-in with a lockbox to allow guests to access our house in our absence.

The house is located close to all amenities:
Intermarché and Carrefour Market, medical center and pharmacy, hairdresser, bakery, pizzerias and fast food, butcher, beautician, tobacco shop, banks...
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: no parties, no pets, no cigarettes or vapers inside, no more than 8 guests in the house.
This house is our little girl's cocoon, we are very careful about it.:)
