Escapade à Wimaway ..

Gated, duplex de trois étages, 4192 EAST COUNTY HWY. 30A, SEAGROVE FLORIDA 32459, avec trois porches, 5 chambres, 5 bains, piscine et accès à la plage privée. Récemment rénové avec peinture, moquette et mobilier. Il est à moins de deux miles du bord de mer et le mieux si tout est du côté sud de 30a.
Wimaway a cinq chambres, quatre avec lits king size et salles de bain privées et une chambre avec trois lits jumeaux, qui a également une salle de bain privée. Il y a trois nouveaux canapés-lits avec de grands matelas.
Au moins 10 chaises de plage sont fournies, avec plusieurs parasols. Il y a une tente dans le garage que les clients sont autorisés à utiliser. Nous avons trois vélos pour adultes et environ 6 petits vélos pour enfants.
Il y a des balcons sur quatre balcons. Les chambres sont grandes avec beaucoup d'intimité.

La piscine pour Wimaway est juste à côté du balcon. Marcher environ 50 marches et monter sur la promenade qui se promène jusqu'au sable ... facile.

Best Beach Trip Yet!

Property was ideal. Great location, super easy access, incredibly clean, had EVERYTHING we needed. Fit all 14 of us comfortably. Host is amazing! Helpful, easy to communicate with, and just super sweet. Our family hadn’t had a beach vacation all together since 2020. It was so good for the soul. Lots of wonderful memories made! You WON’T be disappointed! Highly recommend!

Great location on the beach. Plenty of room for our 10 guests. Teens enjoyed the pool area in the evenings. Moms enjoyed the patios. Sugar sand beaches are the best. Definitely recommend.

The house is amazing!

We had the best time! The house was very nice..very close to the beach. The 2 kitchens were great to keep overflow groceries. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious! We would definitely recommend it for large family or friend groups!

Fabulous beach stay

The house has 3 floors each with a spacious patio/balcony. Well equipped and owner was easy to communicate with. Restaurants within waking distance and nice Publix just a short drive away. Also good walks in nearby protected national forest. Literally steps from a private beach- what more can you ask for?

Fall Break Trip

The house and location was perfect for our group of 12, five families with teens. House was decently stocked for our needs. Private beach access was awesome!! The owner was having trouble communicating via VRBO during our stay, but otherwise she was wonderful to work with. We would love to book again next year for our last fall break with our seniors!!

Totally perfect

Family of 10 enjoyed 6 nights at this property. The space was perfect for our family. The multiple bathrooms were very beneficial after a day on the beach, before dinner out. The beds were great. The kitchen was well stocked. Each level has an exterior door, which is helpful with littles ones that nap & for privacy. We hope to return very soon!

Fabulous Beach House for Fabulous Company Retreat

Our small business started an annual company retreat last year and the Wimaway was the PERFECT house for this retreat. The layout of the home is fabulous. The furniture is super comfortable and made time together fabulous. Home has bikes and beach chairs which is a huge perk. We would already have booked for next year if we thought the growth of our company would allow this home to hold the number of team members. It's a wonderful place!

Wonderful stay! Private Beach access!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at Wimaway! The 3 levels in the home is perfect layout for multiple familys and provides plenty of room for everyone. It also provides easy access on each level. The location is perfect, its quiet but has shopping ,eateries and an ice cream shop within walking distance. It is a SHORT walk to the PRIVATE beach which is a huge deal. We did not have to fight for space on the beach as is the case for those in public access areas. This alone makes Wimaway a must stay! The host Susan is probably the biggest reason to stay here, she is gracious, informative and very quick to respond to any needs that arise. We had an issue at the end of our stay and she was so kind and understanding making this a truly amazing trip for the whole family! Thanks again Susan!

Family of 17 Vacation

Our family of 17, (my husband and I, 3 children and spouses, and 9 grandchildren, 1 yr to 10 yrs) spent a week at Wimaway. Wimaway was delightful and easily accommodated all of us. It really is a great location and has very close, easy beach access. Susan is wonderful!!! We had a couple issues that needed attention. She responded right away and had repairmen out very quickly. (They were friendly and efficient.) She made sure all was well. Houses have things happen beyond our control and this was one of those situations. We were very impressed with how Susan took care of things and how well she communicated with us....the awesome reviews I read about her were definitely true. . Our family had a fantastic time. Several grandchildren kept giving us hugs and saying "Thank you, this is the BEST Christmas present EVER!!!" We definitely would like to return to Wimaway.

New Experience

We had three issues that disappointed us. Pump on pool was not working and did not swim in the pool until Tuesday. Tv's did not work until Friday. Internet did not work until Friday as well. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and wanted the trip to be special. Several family members were not happy which put a damper on our week. Thanks!

Perfect Beach House

This house was perfect for our family, which included five adults and three small children. The house has five bedrooms, each with its own TV and adjoining bathroom. There are three levels, each with its own AC unit, which worked extremely well. My grandchildren loved the bedroom with the three twin beds - perfect for them! The house could easily have accommodated three more adults, as we did not use all of the bedrooms. It also has fold-out couches. The house is beautifully decorated and has a casual beachy feel - very comfortable. The private beach is a short walk out the back door, and there is a shared swimming pool which was nice. The owner has beach toys, boogie boards in the garage, so we did not have to bring our own. The house is situated on the south side of 30A which is great, and Seaside is just down the street with shopping and fun restaurants. I have rented homes through VRBO for the last ten summers, and this was our favorite! The owner, Susan, was easy to work with and made herself available by phone or email if we had any questions or problems (no problems).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Wimaway, is well appointed. It has terrific beach access, with great ocean breezes and glimpses of the ocean. There are not roads to cross. It is gated which keeps the crowds off of our beach. Seaside is less than two miles away. There are wonderful restaurants withing walking distance of our property. There is a swimming pool just off the balcony, with palm trees and green space. We have a garage to put ocean toys, with ample parking for 3-4 vehicles.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property is on the south side of 30A. (No streets to cross). We have a terrific swimming pool. There are balconies off of 4 of the 5 bedrooms. We have a kitchenette downstairs which makes beach refreshments so accessible. This is the first rental season for our home.
