A massive Master Bedroom on the lower level of this home boasts a french door entry to 2 Queen Beds, a sectional sleeper sofa, flat screen tv, large walk in closet and your own private bathroom done with beautiful stone tile. The master bathroom also comes with a giant open shower and soaking tub. This master room is the perfect getaway for teenagers or a family with young ones. There is also an air mattress located in the closet.

As you walk upstairs to the main living area, you will immediately see incredible views through the living room windows and be greeted by a large open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. The living room offers a beautiful leather sectional couch with room for the whole family to relax. Watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV, or cozy up to the wood burning fireplace with a floor to ceiling rock wall. Right off of the living area is a solid wood dining table with seating for 8 people and a beautiful modern cabin style chandelier light, the ideal setting for a nice family dinner.

The kitchen is a dream for entertaining as it is a walk through style allowing you to move to and from the dining and living area with ease. Equipped with plenty of counter space for preparing a delicious meal for your guests, and a newer stainless steel double wall oven, microwave and dishwasher. Feeling like a mixologist? Look no further than the mini bar right across from the kitchen, where you can showcase your bartending skills and create signature cocktails for your guests. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the kiddos! It has a twin over full bunk bed with a Twin Trundle, cozy cabin decor,  linens and window to the private back yard. Here you will also find a pack-n-play for the littles!

At the end of the hallway is another large Master Bedroom with a luxurious King Size Bed, futon sleeper, and flat screen TV. Walk out the sliding glass doors for your very own private access to the hot tub on the back deck. The master bathroom is a dream! Beautifully done with stone tile, vaulted wood paneled ceilings, enormous open shower area with 2 shower heads, double sink vanity and soaking jacuzzi tub! Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
