Private Dock to Peloton, this house has it all! Stunning waterfront views from every room and deck. Beautiful Beach Haven West home with all the indoor and outdoor amenities for a dream vacation. Fantastic proximity to all causeway and island activities: Five minute ride to Long Beach Island. Enjoy all the area has to offer: beaches, mini golf, amusement parks, water parks, ropes course, lighthouse, shopping, and restaurants.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the sun drenched deck overlooking the lagoon or toast marshmallows and relax around fire pit at night. Easy bike ride to the neighborhood bay beach or short (three mile) drive to the ocean. Kayak (two included) or boat (bring your own) right off the 60 ft private dock. Proximity and access to the bay can’t be beat. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time at home with multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, all with water views. Spectacular sunrises and/or sunsets from every room and outdoor space.

First floor:
The First floor is a light filled, open concept kitchen/family room with a full wall of windows overlooking the water and sliding doors to the large multi level deck. The kitchen is well equipped for you cook up a bushel of clams from the famous Blacky’s Clam Stand (only one mile away) or throw some crabs, that you trapped off the private dock, on the grill.

Floor 1.5
Half a flight up from the living area you will find the the primary bedroom. (Bedroom #1) King size bed, smart TV, private deck overlooking the water for sunrise coffee or sunset drink, modern bathroom with shower.

Second floor:
Another half flight up and you will find a hall landing area with three additional bedrooms, a second family room, a large full bathroom and separate generous washer dryer area.

Bedroom #2 : the “Sandbar” room has a queen size bed, a full wall of windows with beautiful water views, a smart TV and generous desk.
Bedroom #3: the “Cow” room has a queen size bed, partial water views, smart TV.
Bedroom #4: the “Frankenstein” room, has a twin over full size bunk bed with twin trundle and a full size sofa bed.

The upstairs family room/sun room is fantastic! This sundrenched, water facing, multi purpose room has something for everyone. For the kids, comfortable multi- reclining couch and chair, a huge smart TV with Xbox and all the games you enjoy at the beach. For exercise enthusiasts, a new Peloton bike with ad-worthy water views! *NOTE* only current Peloton members can use the bike feature. You must have your own own bike shoes (SPD-SL clip).

A large, modern full bath with a tub/shower and a separate generous washer dryer area complete this level.

Steet/garage level:
Head back downstairs to the main living area, just a half flight down you will find the water facing garage and overhead deck area which double as a bonus indoor/outdoor game area, providing shade and shelter. Fire pit, corn hole, Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, refrigerator, all overlooking the lagoon.

The new 60 ft dock is perfect for fishing or lounging with multiple ladders to use for kayaking. We include crab traps, kayaks (2) and life jackets. We are in a fantastic location, a deep lagoon with access right out to the bay. Private dock for your boat to enjoy day trips to The Boatyard, bay and beyond. Odds and ends: Ample parking. Bikes. Central AC. Heavy bag (bring your own gloves)

A few more details about our home to make your stay perfect. We provide a detailed activity book so you can make the most of your vacation . There is so much to do on and off the Island and all of it is just minutes away! We take pride in providing the best experience possible. For us this means comfortable, new premium beds, pillows and bedding. We have a cleaning protocol second to none. You provide your own linens and towels or we can recommend a rental company.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO PROM/GRADUATION/GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OLD. These rules are strictly enforced and monitored. Minimum one week rentals, Saturday to Saturday.
