Enter to the ground level which houses four bedrooms - three king and one double queen. Stairs lead you up to the great room housing the open kitchen, dining and living areas, seamlessly extending onto waterfront terraces overlooking Sapodilla Bay. The main entrance is accessible and access to the second level is available via elevator on the ground level. The kitchen is fully fitted with top end appliances for chef and butler service including Wolf ovens and cooktops, Monogram wine reserve, Subzero refrigerators and freezers, luxury dinnerware, flatware and glassware. The living room features contemporary furniture with large wrap around sofa and luxurious textiles. Stairs lead up to the third storey mezzanine housing a fifth bedroom, office and in-home theatre.

Bedrooms are located on the upper and lower levels: sea and garden level and the mezzanine level. La Mer Villa West boasts three master bedrooms with double vanity sinks and king beds. All bedrooms comprise en-suite bathroom with shower or bathtub and luxury toiletries, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen televisions and wireless Sonos audio. Master bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the first level with ocean views of Sapodilla Bay, comprising king size beds. Bedroom 3 is accessible with shower and king bed and garden view. Bedroom 4 houses two queen beds and a bathtub with shower head. Master bedroom 5 is located on the third level mezzanine with king bed, double vanity sinks and views of Chalk Sound.
