Edgewater 409 - Vues sur le golfe ! Accès plage et piscine !

We are so glad you enjoyed with your stay and from everyone at 30A Rental Properties we look forward to having you come back and stay!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! The community amenities i.e. elevator, pools etc are unfortunately out of our control but most of the time they are operational and can be subject to a repair needed from time to time. But we are so glad you enjoyed the condo!

Thank you for staying with us at 30A Rental Properties!

Thank you for staying with us and hope you return soon!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! And that you felt the check in process was easy. Yes guests can if they would like rent beach chairs from the beach service that tends to be the easiest but there is also a section of the beach guests can use their own beach chairs or umbrellas. We hope to have you come back and stay!

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and felt comfortable. Guests codes are unique and we tend to just recommend guests save it on their phone notes or something like that or a group text to everyone. The front door locks in this community are all this way. But its for safety and security to protect guests.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear you and your family had such an enjoyable stay and that you found the condo beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's wonderful to know the beach chairs, boogie boards, floats, and other beach gear made your trip even more convenient. We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the Wi-Fi, TV connectivity, and a few maintenance and housekeeping items. The Wi-Fi is provided through the condominium association and unfortunately experienced intermittent connectivity during your stay, which also affected the streaming and cable services. The housekeeping and maintenance items you mentioned have since been addressed to ensure the home is ready for future guests. Thank you again for your recommendation and for choosing to stay with us. We're thrilled to hear you'd return, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another great stay!

Thank you for the great review and hope to have you come back and stay!

Thank you for the wonderful review and acknowledgment of our management company. We really thank you and from everyone at 30A Rental Properties we hope to have you come back and stay!

We are so glad you had a great time. And we hope to have you come back and stay! There are some important corrections to note for other guests. The condo offers everything that you can get within the community our prices are better typically which was in this case as well as we allow guests to choose whether they want beach chair service or not and we reduce the rates to reflect that as not every guest wants rented beach chair service so where the onsite management company provides that included also come with a price increase typically more then the beach chair service cost so we allow guests to rent the beach chair service directly to save additional money. The gate key card is not necessary as there is a keypad that they will buzz you in and is very easy to use. We did just want to make sure guests understand the differences as the price was much better by renting through us than the onsite management.
