A Reel Good Time puts you in the heart of some of Colorado's finest trout water — just 15 minutes from the Middle Fork of the South Platte River — with panoramic mountain views, a sprawling multi-level layout, and everything you need to stay as long as you'd like.
The Space
This four-bedroom mountain home is built for comfort and elbow room. Spread across three levels, the open-concept Great Room greets you with a dramatic stone hearth, a wood-burning fireplace, and a wall of windows framing sweeping views of Reinecker Ridge, Mt. Silverheels, and the open alpine valley below. The dining area shares those same views with walkout access to the propane grill, and the full-service kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets needed for everything from a quick pre-dawn breakfast to a proper dinner after a long day out in nature.
The Layout
• Loft Master Suite (Upper Level): King bed + two twin beds, custom log furniture, en suite bathroom, shared Great Room views plus loft woodland views

The Fishing
The Middle Fork of the South Platte is 15 minutes away at Tomahawk Wildlife Area, with additional public access points 30–45 minutes out. The legendary Dream Stream, the tailwaters of Tarryall Creek near Jefferson, and the Arkansas River are all within 45 minutes. Local guides can arrange access to private waters. You came to fish — this is the right place to do it.
Outside
The wraparound deck has a gas grill, propane fire pit, and comfortable outdoor seating with views of Reinecker Ridge, Mt. Silverheels, grazing wildlife, and some of the best night skies in the state. In winter, the deck is just as good — and Breckenridge is 45–60 minutes away.

A Few Things to Know
• This home sits at approximately 9,396 ft. in the Central Rockies — elevation and weather are worth considering when planning your trip.
• Four-wheel drive with adequate snow tires or chains is required November through May. At nearly 9,400 ft., natural mountain air keeps the home comfortably cool all summer — no air conditioning needed.
• The home uses a well water system; to ensure everyone enjoys hot water, we ask that guests space out showers rather than running them consecutively. Well water may also have some variability in taste, smell, or mineral content depending on time of year and usage.
• The home is located in a rural mountain environment where wildlife and insects may be encountered.
• Pets are welcome with prior approval — a $50 per-pet fee applies and is not included in the quoted rate.
